Company description business idea Activities started in Italy in January 1999; currently operating in Europe, Middle East and South America in civil construction, design and manufacturing of machines and production lines, id industrial ilautomation, IT systems and e-learning / know how transfer. Core business is the promotion po o o of TMethod, a registered e ed self developed industrialized construction system supported by: Tekno plants, manufacturing units for the production of green building components; TeknoSoft,the h integrated IT system to manage from project concept to site execution. TMethod enables the waste-free construction of traditional buildings with very high and unmatched standards for consistency and quality: in terms of strength the structure is based on conventional columns and beams and at the same time it is a monolithic structure; t in terms of sound and thermal insulation and quality of the finishing it permits to reach very high and consistent values, regardless the skill level of workers on site. Company description construction system The self developed industrialized construction system TMethod is based on 2 main pillars: Tekno plant, a leading edge fully automated manufacturing plant, with flexible manufacturing technologies, able to produce just in time the tailor made components for any kind of building; TeknoSoft, an integrated IT system supporting the: development of architectonical, structural and MEP projects; management and scheduling of the Tekno plant; scheduling of the work in the construction sites; remote training of the users, via e-learning; acquisition and integration of all above mentioned information from all users (in Italy as well as in any subsidiary), in a sophisticated knowledge management (KM) system to enable the teamwork of people in different technological areas and Countries. Company description competitive advantages TMethod is a construction system based on a reinforced concrete structure of columns and beams, providing a thermal coat matching the standards and specifications defined for being a green building, for residential, commercial and industrial buildings. TMethod ensures a number of competitive advantages: very high thermal and acoustic insulation, no need of specialized staff in the construction site, major reduction of construction lead times (more than 50%), considerable reduction of total construction costs (approx 20%), high versatility of the materials which can be used both for high end buildings as well as cheap accommodations or industrial buildings, easy to use for the designer and in the construction site, no limitations or constraints for architects and designers. Reference markets and development strategy Our global development strategy is focused on: Establishment of JVs with local partners to install Tekno plants in order to locally manufacture and sell the green building components; within the JVs, we keep responsibility for the management of the technologies, of the plant and its maintenance and of the entire staff training.
