5 key personnel Emad J. Al-Hejailan, a Saudi national, is the Chairman of the Al-Hejailan Group and presides as a Chairman of the Board of Directors over many companies within the group. He is a graduate of the University of Southern California, U.S.A., with a major in Civil Engineering in Faisal J. Al-Hejailan, a Saudi national, is the President of the Al-Hejailan Group and the Chairman of the Board of Directors of several companies within the Group. He is a graduate of the University of Southern California, U.S.A., with a major in Civil Engineering in Waleed J. Al-Hejailan, a Saudi national, is the Executive Vice President & COO of the Al-Hejailan Group and is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of several telecom companies within the Group. He is a graduate of the American University of Paris with a Major in Business and Economics. Walid J. Merei, a Jordanian national, is the Executive Vice President and CFO of Al-Hejailan Group. He is associated with the AlHejailan Group since Mr. Merei holds a degree in Business Management with a Major in Accounting from Damascus University and is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Ireland (CPA), Arab Management Society (AMS), American Accounting Association (AAA), National Association of Accountants (NAA); and Montana Society for Certified Public Accountants (MCPA). Daniel G. Mussulman, a U.S. national, is the Vice President of Al-Hejailan Group and President of Saudi Venture Development Company, an Al-Hejailan Group Company. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of several Al-Hejailan joint venture companies. Mr. Mussulman is a Certified Public Accountant from the U.S.A and holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Houston, U.S.A.

Under a strategic joint venture with Great Lakes Chemical Corporation "GLCC" of the USA, Al-Hejailan manufactures and supplies antiscalants for both thermal and membrane processes for the production of potable water. The manufacturing facility is based in Jubail's Industrial City in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia and serves many different markets, which include Industrial and Process Water Treatment and Desalination Processes that use Thermal Desalination and Membrane Separation techniques.
