Values Fit Surveys (VFS) The VFS process is designed to help Members assess organizational culture from a values perspective and leverage their culture to improve business operations. In addition to aiding in the hiring of the right people that fit their organization, this helps develop and maintain a consistent organizational culture that can support and sustain a competitive advantage. The process is made up of three online surveys that have upfront costs and optional components that add even more value. Organizational Culture Survey (OCS) This key survey provides a baseline of an organization s culture and a benchmark of the values that potential candidates should possess, and current employees should be supporting and practicing. This survey becomes the benchmark comparator for all other parts of the organization.
