RuffaloCODY serves markets in Fundraising Enrollment Management Planned Giving
3 Management RuffaloCODY s experience managing on-campus phonathon campaigns is a company hallmark. Our onsite programs are designed for institutions both large and small, with all facets of each program being tailored to the specific needs of our clients. Regardless of the size of the program, RuffaloCODY provides a total management solution with focused placed upon both strategic oversight and day-to-day phonathon operations. The Program Center Manager opportunity offers a variety of relocation and travel opportunities throughout the United States and Canada. RuffaloCODY actively recruits Program Center Manager talent throughout the year with peak opportunities available during the months from April August.
4 Program Center Manager Program Center Managers are responsible for managing, planning, and organizing the telephone fundraising efforts for the Annual Fund of a host institution. Program Center Managers relocate to a host institution (permanently or interim) working with an institution to improve their fundraising efforts. This position is a full-time, salaried role with benefits. Maintain a work schedule of Sunday thru Thursday; (12:30 pm 9:30 pm in most areas) schedules may vary based upon institution and program need. Program Center Managers focus on the day-to-day operations, collaborating with clients on overall strategies and working with Senior Management on best practices Each PCM is responsible for the overall operations and management of their respective program. PCMs manage a student staff of anywhere from , including student managers, supervisors and callers.
5 A Day in the Office. Generate daily reports, review statistical performance and review staff schedule Review Operating Plan, create shift strategy as well as goals and calling assignments Connect with Support Team and/or Clients on outstanding and upcoming tasks Work with senior management on strategies to ensure strong results Review budget and financial statements to ensure program efficiency, make changes as needed to improve Review applications, schedule interviews and prepare for new-hire training classes Audit new hire paperwork, coaching results and employee performance Review previous performance and upcoming shift need with student Supervisors and Team Leaders, review shift expectations & motivation plan, outline team meeting topics Monitor real-time statistics during shift, conduct informal and formal coaching, review individual calling pool and segment performance Ensure attendance and payroll entries are entered and verified Shift wrap-up, nightly reporting, Supervisor/Team Leader debriefing, follow-up with any items needing Client or Support Team attention

Included in the initial conversation is an opportunity for applicants to share their travel or relocation preference as well as geographic preferences Successful interviews will be followed by a criminal background check RuffaloCODY assembles a Candidate Profile (compilation of all submissions, preferences and interview notes) to share with hiring managers (Senior Operations Managers and/or Directors of Operations) based on geographic preference, interview performance and potential program fit Hiring manager level interviews traditionally begin with a phone call introduction and interview, progressing into in-person interview opportunities Offers to join the RuffaloCODY team include a salary based on experience and cost of living, health/employee benefits, and training/professional development
