The tutoring will be at your child s school, in your home, online, or at other places in Denver. You can pick any tutor on the list. THE TUTORING IS FREE. We do not provide transportation. If too many students apply, then students with the lowest reading scores in certain grades will be given tutors first. The book tells you about each of the tutors. Please call them to learn more about their program. A list of often asked questions is attached. You may also call the Hotline at 720-423-3421 with any questions. If you would like free tutoring for your child please: 1. Choose a tutor and location from the list at the end of this packet. 2. Fill out the Yellow Registration Form. 3. Mail only the Yellow Form to our office, in the Business Reply Envelope. No stamp is needed. The form must be in our office NO LATER THAN October 22, 2007. The tutor will let you know if your child is on the list to get free tutoring after October 22, 2007. 2
