An administration area is also provided for you to access miscellaneous account management settings. This document provides detailed information on how best to use the Pogo> Online Account. As part of our commitment to ensure the protection of your data, you will need to download a security certificate before accessing your statements online. This provides additional security for you when you log into your account and ensures that no one else can access your data. 1.1 Downloading your Security Certificate An email titled Pogo> Security Certificate Installation Instructions was sent to you when your application was processed. This included your Pogo> certificate as an attachment. Once the certificate is downloaded, you can access your Online Account. Instructions on how to install the certificate are to be found in this guide. 1.2 Accessing your Online Account You can access your Online Account by entering the following URL - https://www.ipg-online.com/vt/login into your browser. 4 Administration 31 4.1 Manage Users 32 4.2 Transaction Notification Settings 32 4.3 Pogo> Settings 35 2 3

The following information will be required to login:- 1.3 What is a Security Certificate? 1 2 Your store number/name, which was provided in the Pogo> Security Certificate Installation Instructions email The user name and password you created when you applied for your Pogo> Account If you did not receive or have lost your certificate please contact the Merchant Support Centre on 1850 200 417 (Lines open 8am - 11pm, Monday to Saturday and 9am to 5pm Sunday) quoting Pogo> and your store number as your reference. To help us protect your data, you will need to download a Security Certificate before accessing your online statements. This provides additional security and ensures no one else can access your Pogo> Online Account. An email titled Pogo> Security Certificate Installation Instructions was sent to you when your application was processed. This included your Pogo> certificate as an attachment. Once the certificate is downloaded, you can access your Online Account. The Following information will be required to login to your Online Account: 1. Your store number/name, which was out lined in the Pogo> Security Certificate Installation Instructions email. 2. Your user name or email address and your auto generated password from your email which you received when you applied for your Pogo> Account. If you did not receive or have lost your certificate please contact the Merchant Support Centre on 1850 200 417. Lines open 8am-11pm, Monday to Saturday, quoting Pogo> and your store number as your reference. Within this guide you will find certificate installation details for the major browsers Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome. 4 5

1.4 Saving Your Security Certificate It is recommended that you save your certificate for future reference. You will need to reinstall your certificate if you want to access your Online Account from a different browser or PC/laptop. To save your certificate, follow the steps below: 1. Create a folder on your desktop called certification 2. Save the certificate that was attached to your email Pogo> Security Certificate for statement access to the certification folder and unzip the file 3. Once the file has unzipped, double-click on the certificate file and follow the instructions 'How to install my Security Certificate. 1.5 How to Install My Security Certificate Upon opening the attachment in your Pogo> Security Certificate Installation Instructions email, a quick start wizard will guide you through the installation in just a few simple steps. You will be prompted to enter a certificate password. This is the same password you created when completing your application. Refer to Saving your Security Certificate to guide you through the quick start wizard process. Please note: Some screen screen shots may vary depending upon your operating system. 1 Double-click on the Certificate file 2 You will then see the following display - select the Next button 6 7

3 From this screen select the Next button 5 The following screen will appear, make sure the Automatic selection is ticked. Select Next to continue. 4 Here you will need to enter your certificate password into the password text box. This is the same password you created as part of your Pogo> application. Please note all tick boxes should remain un-ticked. Now select Next. 6 The wizard completion page will now appear, select the Finish button Click OK to close the import wizard 8 9 7

1.6 Internet Explorer Installation 3 1 2 Once the certificate is installed, launch Internet Explorer and enter the following URL: https://www.ipg-online.com/vt/login The following screen will be displayed, select the Security Certificate from the list and select OK 4 The Pogo> Online Account will allow you to view your transactions and access your statements. 10 11

1.7 Mozilla Firefox Installation 3 The following screen will appear and select Advanced 1 Once the certificate is installed, launch Mozilla Firefox 4 Select the Certificiates tab 2 The following screen will be displayed, select Tools, then Options 5 Select Ask Me Every Time 6 Select View Certificates 12 13

7 The following screen will appear and select the Your Certificates tab 11 The following screen will open and prompt you for your certificate password 8 Click on the Import button 12 Manually enter the certificate password or copy and paste the Certificate Password from the email you received from us once your application was processed and click OK 9 Here you will need to select the location where you stored your certificate 10 Select the certificate and click Open 13 The following screen will open. Click OK. 14 15

14 You are now ready to view your Pogo> Online Account. Enter the following URL: https://www.ipg-online.com/vt/login. You will need your; store number/name, user name and password, which is contained in the email titled Pogo> Security Certificate Installation Instructions. 1.8 Google Chrome Installation 1 2 Once the certificate is installed, launch Google Chrome and and enter the following URL: https://www.ipg-online.com/vt/login The following screen will be displayed in your browser, select the Security Certificate from the list and select OK 3 The Pogo> Online Account will now be displayed in your browser. You will need your; store number/name, user name and password, which is contained in the email titled Pogo> Security Certificate Installation Instructions. 15 The Pogo> Online Account will allow you to view your Pogo> transactions and access your statements. Your Pogo> Online Account will allow you to view your transactions and access your statements. 16 17 4

2 Online Account Menu 2.1 Homepage Dashboard Once you have logged into your account, you are presented with your personal merchant dashboard that provides an overview of your recent activity, which includes processed sales volumes, transaction history and statements. 2.2 Statements Monthly statements are also available and can be viewed online by clicking on the month you require. Welcome to the Pogo> Online Account Details are displayed by hovering your mouse over the linear charts and graphs. Reports Administration Welcome to the Pogo> Online Account 2.3 Transaction Overview An overview is available that provides you with information by transaction. By double clicking on the Order ID, specific payment details are displayed, which include the date the purchase was made, card details and the sale amount 18 19

3 Reports Tab By clicking on the reports tab, allows you to customise your transaction data. These statistics can be exported to XLS and XML according to your business requirements, including:- 3.1 Charts 3.2 Orders 3.3 Transactions 3.4 Transaction Summary 3.5 Credit Card Batches 3.6 Active Periodic Bills (This functionality is not available for Pogo> clients) 3.1 Charts The chart functionality offers the ability to create visual customised transaction tables and diagrams. Four styles are available and comprise of the following:- Bar Chart Detail Pie Chart Strip Chart Bar Chart Summary 20 21

To condense your criteria further, you may wish to segregate your data by transaction type or by a specific time period. An example is shown in the screen shot below. All charts offer a drill-down functionality to allow you to view specific transaction details. This can be displayed by clicking on the chart area/legend. Drill-down functionality is available on all data displayed that has hyper-text links. This can be exported into a CSV or XML format. 22 23

3.2 Orders The orders functionality enables you to check for specific information, which allows you to confine your data search. An example has been outlined below that displays an analysis by card number, amount and an isolated date criteria. To access this information, click on Submit Query. When the query results are displayed it is possible to refine the selection further by clicking on the hyper-text links. This can be exported into a CSV or XML format. 24 25

3.3 Transactions This menu item offers functionality similar to Orders in Section 3.2. Specific transactions can be analysed by customising your search criteria according to your requirement. To access this information, click on Submit Query. When the query results are displayed it is possible to refine the selection further by clicking on the hyper-text links. This can be exported into a CSV or XML format. 26 27

3.4 Transaction Summary The transaction summary offers a quick and aggregated view of selected transactions which has been processed within a specific period of time. A range of options are available which allow you to increase and decrease your search criteria for the summary view. To access this information, click on Submit Query. 3.5 Credit Card Batches The credit card batch report allows you to view your card batches within a specific time period. To access this information, click on Submit Query. This functionality allows you view your daily totals. Once your query has been submitted, click on one of the Total Amount records. This will provide you with information about the cards that were used in the transaction. 28 29

This can be exported into a CSV or XML format. 4 Administration Clicking on the Administration tab allows you to modify components of your account. These include: 4.1 Manage Users Change of password 4.2 Transaction Notification Settings Receiving copy of email receipts Displaying your name / company name on a receipt Personalising email content to your customers 4.3 Pogo> Settings You would like to access the Pogo> App on a new device. 3.6 Active Periodic Bills This functionality is not available for Pogo> clients. 30 31

4.1 Manage Users Change of password Customising your password can be managed within this section. This should be 8 characters in length and should include a minimum of 2 numeric digits (tester02 as an example ) Once submitted, you will need to use this password to login into your mobile App. JohnSmith@xxxxx.com JohnSmith@xxxxx.com JohnSmith Designs The personalising of email receipt content to your customers is available by selecting the option below. 4.2 Transaction Notification Settings The configuration of email notifications and customer receipts can be customised within this section. The notification functionality can be enabled or disabled according to your need. Your merchant name can also be included, which will appear within the email receipt to your customer. 32 33

Personalised header and footer text can be inserted as shown below and a preview can be viewed by selecting Customer Preview Email. Another feature within this section is to customise notification events. Automated emails can be generated to you or your customer. Check/Uncheck the functionality that suits your personal requirements. 34 35

4.3 Pogo> Settings The reset functionality enables you to manually reset the certificate within the Pogo> App. You will only need to press the reset button in the following instances:- You would like to access the Pogo> App on a new/different device. If you forget your username and password, just call our Customer Service team on 1850 200 417 (Lines open 8am - 11pm, Monday to Saturday and 9am to 5pm Sunday) quoting Pogo> and your store name/number as your reference. The Pogo> App can be downloaded on multiple devices, but can only be used on one device at any one time. It is possible to download the Pogo> App onto your new mobile/ tablet device. In order to successfully login into your new device, click the Reset button. You should allow 15 minutes before logging back into the App. 36 37
