You may customize your user profiles, alerts, and transactions to better meet your individual business banking needs. The high level of control, freedom, and flexibility will ensure that your cash balances are constantly working hard for you. Security Depend On Us For Security Cathay Bank is committed to making sure that your Online Banking experience is safe and secure. With our security infrastructure in place, you can be confident that access to your accounts is private and reliable. Our systems are secured with encryption, perimeter and internal firewalls, screen and filtering routers, intrusion detection, strict authentication, virus protection, and application security. Application security includes user lockouts due to failed logons and additional encryption of sensitive user data during sessions. To further safeguard your information, Cathay Business Online Banking requires the use of a one-time security code via a telephone call or SMS (Short Message Service) text message to sign on from a new device. Our network architecture is structured so the servers that store actual account information are not directly connected to the Internet. Confidentiality Security is strengthened by your efforts in keeping all account and login data confidential. Never share your password with anyone and never include specific details using unsecured email. Passwords The most secure passwords are those which use a combination of both letters and numbers. Avoid using easily obtained personal data within your password, such as initials, birth dates, or relatives names. Signing Off If you must step away from your workstation even for a moment while using Cathay Business Online Banking, be sure to sign off from or lock your session to ensure account data is not reviewed or altered by unauthorized individuals. 05/2016 www.cathaybank.com Page 4 of 55

System Requirements Below is a list of operating systems ( OS ) and browsers that have been approved to meet security and application requirements for Cathay Business Online Banking. Other OS and browsers may be used; however, they are not supported by the Bank and some features may not function properly. For maximum security, Cathay Bank recommends the use of the latest browser versions offered (including security patches). Versions that are two releases or older than the current release are not supported. Additionally, if a browser or operating system is no longer supported by the vendor, it is no longer supported by Cathay Bank. Many vendors are pushing browser updates to the latest version using automatic downloads. You may not be aware the browser has been updated. Once updated, many browsers cannot be set back to earlier versions if a problem occurs. Beta versions of browsers and operating systems are not supported. Browser Configuration Browser must be configured to support: 128-bit encryption JavaScript Cookies Cascading Style Sheets Browser page cache should be set to get a new version every visit to the page Minimum Hardware 1 GHz Celeron processor 1024x768 SVGA resolution at 256 colors 500 MB RAM 128 Kbps (slowest DSL) or faster 05/2016 www.cathaybank.com Page 5 of 55
