MARKETING & CAMPAIGNS MANAGER This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious, practicing marketer to take their career to the next level. The post has a dual role within Scotland National hub. The M&C Manager will raise CR s profile to ensure Culture Republic s (CR) work is fully recognised and understood across Scotland s cultural, creative and business communities. For Culture Republic this involves identifying opportunities for business development by strengthening CR s online presence and working within the business deliver a CRM strategy and series of campaigns that matches our core capabilities with the interests of our partners and target clients. For our existing partners and clients, it means undertaking marketing delivery where appropriate as part of our consultancy services, with hands on, practical skills and advice honed at the coalface of marketing practice. Responsibilities: 1. Producing CR s Marketing Plan, in alignment with our Business Plan, mission and core values. 2. Developing innovative marketing communications that position CR as the National agency and hub for audience and visitor development, research and public engagement. 3. Increase reach and achieve growth targets by producing all associated marketing collateral that drives delivery of CR s business plan objectives including SEO, databases, email, social media and promotional initiatives and campaigns. 4. Managing the CRM system capable of tracking customer relationships and measuring the impact of CR s activity. 5. Sharing and communicating CR s impacts and effectiveness targeted to the needs of our partners, clients and external stakeholders. 6. Develop an internal sales development process and system to generate enquiries, manage leads, build email lists and contacts organically, and convert enquiries into new CR relationships. 7. Coordination and management of all CR content platforms, such as our web and social media presence, blog and landing pages. 8. Plan and execute all marketing tactics across appropriate channels for our client base and annual partners. 9. Ensuring consistent brand management. 10. Measuring and reporting performance and impact of individual marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) and providing recommendations to staff, Board and stakeholders. 11. Evaluating our business performance tracking successes; targeting customers and generating impacts. 12. Dynamic co-working with the Marketing Director and CR research team. 13. MARKETING & CAMPAIGNS MANAGER qualification: BS/BA degree in marketing or a related field or business related discipline, together with practical post qualification experience in digital marketing (or equivalent experience). Experience: Skills: Personal Attributes: 1. Strong organisational skills, being able to demonstrate evidence of previous marketing and project planning, delivery and management 2. Experience of, reporting and presenting at senior management level 3. Proven working experience in marketing - demonstrable experience leading, setting up, managing and optimising web, SEO, marketing database, email, social media and/or advertising/ promotional campaigns 4. Experience with Customer Relationship management (CRM) and Content Management Systems (CMS) 1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills 2. Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform, measure and deliver results 3. Good practical skills, knowledge and understanding of digital media tools/channels and their application (including social media, SEO, keywords, PPC, etc) 4. Working knowledge and practical experience of HTML, CSS 5. Power user of website and social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook insights) 6. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking 7. High degree of proficiency in excel 8. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise work, handle conflicting demands and meeting tight deadlines 1. MARKETING & CAMPAIGNS MANAGER SALARY: 25-28,000 JOB DETAILS REPORTS TO: Strategic Planning Director HOURS: Full time 35 hours per week over 7 days as required. Largely office hours (9.00 to 5pm, Monday to Friday) although flexible in relation to business demands. HOLIDAYS: 38 days inclusive of all public holiday entitlement of which all staff members are required to use up to 3 days annual leave to cover closure between Christmas and New Year. A further 6 days annual leave should be used to cover other public holidays when the office will be closed i.e. Christmas Day, Boxing Day (or equivalent public holidays), New Years Day and January 2 holidays (or their equivalent), Good Friday and Easter Monday. SALARY: 25,000-28,000 per annum. Starting salary and remuneration is commensurate with experience. Overtime is not applicable to this post. PENSION: A CR contributory pension will commence in July 2017. LOCATION: Culture Republic is based in The Whisky Bond Glasgow, Dawson Road, G4 9SS The post will be largely office based, however as we deliver work nationally you will be required to travel to support programme delivery from time to time.
