4 von 7 Features With 1 or 2 locking positions and 1 or 2 contacts With cylinder lock system with reversible key, available with lock cylinder KABA-MICRO (max. 10.000 locking variants) Switch caps available in various colors, also ring and keylock knob on various coding colors With switch-position indicator (arrow-shaped indication mark on the colored ring, recommended for versions with 2 locking positions) As an individual switch without pre-set lock number (differnet keys) or with a pre-set lock number (identical keys) Special features Low overall height 19,8 mm from the PCB surface-thus fully compatible with keyboard contours. It can be automatically-soldered into the PCB together with the keys in a single operation. The design reliably prevents the ingress of flux, solder and cleaning agents. High dielectric strength to prevent discharge of static electrisity Installation The switch is poitioned on the PCB by a centering pin or by a support plate. The switch is secured by soldering the terminations pins. A much more reliable securing of the switch is achieved by engaging the switch in a support plate. For special applications, it is possible, with the, to retrofit the lock cylinder into switches already soldered into the PCB. Notes on processing Blister packaging Processing class B 3 ) Notes on ordering 2 keys are supplied for each lock. Further keys and spare keys can be ordered. Grand master key systems, central locking systems and master key systems can be supplied for on request. The lock number 4001 is the preferred number for the user wishes specifically to install cylinders with identical keys for one type of device. 1 ) Initial value 2 ) After prolonged use 3 ) See page 7 4 ) Without PCB, provide e.g. discharge capacitors if necessary
6 von 7 Ordering code for keylock switch Important! For data positions 12 and 15, combine only a version with same rotary range (90 bzw. 180 ) Lock identical keys, 4001, 40 or on request (in data position 8 11). Example order: V 42266-C3000-B122 Key lock switch, with different keys, lock fitted, with 2 contacts (make contacts), lock system KABA- MICRO, key rotation 90, key removable in 2 positio ns, cap color light beige, ring and button red. 2 ) Other cap colors on request 3 ) Preferred color for coding
7 von 7 Processing class B Flow soldering with single or double wave: Flux: F-SW 32 Application: With foam wave; it must be set so that the flux just reaches the surface of the holes when a bare PC passes through. Preheating temperature: 70 to 90 C Soldering temperature: 260 5 C Soldering time: Cleaning: Method max. 5 s Mechanical cleaning of the soldering side with brushes, dip-cleaning as far as the component contact level, immersion time 2 min. Cleaning agents Alcohol and mixtures thereof with up 35 % (percent-by-weight) alcohol, Wasser Temperature of the cleaning agent Room temperature
