Course Registration Instructions Full-Time Status A Full-Time student at Anna Maria College must be registered for at least 12 credits (four classes). Housing and Athletic Eligibility require Full-Time student status and Financial Aid is adjusted for students registered less than Full-Time. General Education Requirement A General Education course is a class that all students, regardless of major, must complete in order to graduate. Please see the First-Year Advising Guide for a complete listing of General Education requirements. Major Requirement A major requirement is a course that students within a particular major must take in order to satisfy program requirements. Students must meet all General Eduaction and Major Requirements in order with a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.0 and a minimum GPA of 2.0 within their major. Registration Pin Number In order to successfully register for courses through the AMC online course registration tool, students must have their advisor pin registration number. This number changes each semester and is unique to each student. Only faculty and professional academic advisors are authorized to release student registration pin numbers. 1. Go to Anna Maria College On-Line Services: https://webamc.annamaria.edu/ To navigate to On-Line Services through the Anna Maria College website: Go to the Anna Maria College website (www.annamaria.edu) Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on Online Resources 2. Log into webamc username: {student id} password: {date of birth in MMDDYY format} click on Login 3. Point to Student Records then click on Course Registration 4. Enter your PIN in the Advisor PIN box, select the Term you would like to register for, then click Register. 5. Click on Add Courses. 6. Enter in the Department or Area of Study that you would like to register for and then click Search. Entering less information will improve your return results. - Session and Days are optional - Do not select an Instructor 7. Click the check box next to the course you would like to register for then click Register. 8. You should receive a message similar to the following, click See Detail. If you have a pending registration, you have not successfully registered for the class If you have a pending registration click Process Pending or Acknowledge If the error does not go away you may not be able to register for that class please see you advisor 9. A registration screen will display as follows, if you have additional courses to register for, click on Add Course and repeat steps 6-8
