Developed a private practice from scratch to billing levels of $25,000 per month in 18 months. 1987-1989 Head - Occupational Health/Preventive Medicine, Navy Medical Command Northeast Region Coordinated activities of various Occupational Health professionals including: Industrial Hygiene, Audiology, Occupational Health Physicians and Physician Extenders, Occupational Health Nurses and Technicians, Safety Professionals, Environmental Health and Preventive Medicine personnel. Oversaw and wrote the only contracts for occupational health purchased by the Navy, amounting to $1.1 million per year; and developed short-and long-range strategies to meet the occupational health and preventive medicine needs of the Navy's northeast region. Duties entailed coordinating and monitoring the implementation of all occupational health and preventive medicine programs for 46 medical/dental treatment facilities in the Northeast Region.
