University of Plymouth The University of Plymouth is one of the UK's most dynamic and innovative universities - located at the heart of a great and beautiful waterfront city. With an educational history dating back to 1862, it boasts a tradition of excellence. Our agenda is to shape the university so that its future will be as successful - and as long lived - as its past. One of our many recent successes is the on-going development of a superb city centre campus - we have already invested 100 million in new resources and facilities, with more new purpose-built facilities set to open soon. Plymouth Business School It is the major provider of management education in the South West region of England. With strong industrial links often based on the small business sector, the university is embedded in an enterprise culture. It provides a range of services including training, research consultancy, technology transfer, and economic regeneration. It also has very strong international links with a large programme of student exchanges and collaborative staff research. English Language Centre The University of Plymouth is pleased to offer summer school programmes designed especially for students that don't meet our English language entry criteria.
