Key difference is: In level 2 Mgt students have the option to sign up to finding a paid 48 week placement in level 3 that is assessed Mgt has no discipline specialism leaving options open IB has joint awards for discipline specialisation More students on this programme tend to take language options + go on exchange but this is OPTIONAL
