GUIDED WINTER ADVENTURES - OFFERED DAILY FROM FEBRUARY 12-15, 2015 JOHNSTON CANYON ICEFALLS 8:15 a.m. 12:30 p.m. Adults $59, Children 8-12 $29 Marvel at stilled waterfalls and dazzling pillars of blue and explore the surprising magic of this winter wonderland. Our day begins with a 30 minute drive to the trailhead located on the scenic Bow Valley Parkway. After donning special ice cleats we journey up the lower canyon on numerous suspended catwalks. Transportation and ice cleats included. CROSS COUNTRY SKI LESSONS 11:30 a.m. 1:00 p.m. Adults $59, Children 8-12 $29 Imagine yourself skiing along a quiet forest trail surrounded by mountains blanketed in snow and ice. But before you hit the trails take a lesson to fine tune your skiing abilities. Tailored to those who have never been on cross country skis or advanced skiers seeking to improve their technique. Ski rentals not included, but are available to rent at Chateau Mountain Sports in the hotel lobby. POWDERFEST SNOWSHOEING! 1:30 p.m. 4:30 p.m. Adults $59, Children 8-12 $29 If you can walk, you can snowshoe! After gearing up and having a brief introduction on the basics, we will venture into the forest and look for signs of creatures that have adapted to the harsh winter conditions. Learn how to read the tracks of different animals and discover how they have adapted to survive the harsh conditions. Snowshoes included. CROSS COUNTRY SKI TOUR 2:00 p.m. 5:00 p.m. Adults $59, Children 8-12 $29 Enjoy endless trails and fresh mountain air as you glide with a guide along some of the most spectacular ski trails in North America. The tour provides a perfect opportunity to improve your technique to bolster your confidence while you explore our surroundings. Experience required. Ski rentals not included, but are available to rent at Chateau Mountain Sports in the hotel lobby. NIGHT OWL SNOWSHOE (not offered on Sunday) 7:00 p.m. 9:00 p.m. Adults $49, Children 8-12 $25 Secret spots and unique discoveries await us after dark. Journey into the woods on snowshoes and enter a world of stillness and mystery. If the skies are clear, we will take the time to learn some of the great constellations that wheel overhead. Snowshoes included.

FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 12 KID S EVENT: PHOTO SCAVENGER HUNT 2:00 p.m. 4:00 p.m. Children 6-13 $25.00 Lake Louise is known for its beauty and here is your opportunity to capture all that is has to offer! Every child will be provided with a digital camera and a list of photo objectives to discover. At the end of the activity, pick your best picture to be framed. All other images will be e-mailed to you so you can share them with your family and friends. KID S EVENT: SUPERVISED PLAYROOM TIME / VIDEO GAMES 5:00 p.m. 6:00 p.m. Hotel Guests Only Complimentary. Children 5-13 *Children 5 years and under must be accompanied by a parent. Sign up is required in advance. KID S EVENT: CAMPFIRE & GAMES NIGHT 7:30 p.m. 9:30 p.m. Children 6-13 $25.00 We re heading outside for a night time campfire. We ll sing songs, tell stories, play games and even roast some treats fireside once the sun has gone down. Afterward, we can head back inside to play on our indoor climbing wall!

SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 13 KID S EVENT: SCRAPBOOKING 11:00 a.m. 12:00 p.m. Children 5-13 $25.00 per child This activity is the creative way for children to bring home their very own scrapbook full of memories. Join our Resort Activities Team and create your own personal scrapbook with pictures, crayons, stickers, paint, foam paper and anything you can find in our craft closet all the while using Lake Louise as your source of inspiration. *Bring your own photos to collage if you d like. FAMILY: APPLE ROAST 2:00 p.m. 4:00 p.m. $5.00 per apple Warm up by the fire while roasting your apple and take in the beautiful scenery of Lake Louise. Once your apple is roasted and the peel has been removed, roll it in brown sugar and cinnamon... a delicious treat for anyone to enjoy. Parents must accompany children. KID S EVENT: SUPERVISED PLAYROOM TIME/ VIDEO GAMES 5:00 p.m. 6:00 p.m. Hotel Guests Only Complimentary. Children 5-13 KID S EVENT: PAJAMA PARTY 7:30 p.m. 9:30 p.m. Children 6-13 $25.00 Join other children staying at the hotel in the playroom for this supervised activity. As we snuggle up to pillows and blankets in our bean bag chairs, we will watch a movie and eat popcorn together. Children will have the opportunity to play games before settling in to watch the movie. Be sure you wear your PJ s!

SUNDAY, FEBRUARY 14 KID S EVENT: COOKIE BAKING & DECORATING 10:00 a.m. 12:00 p.m. Children 7-13 $30.00 Children will don a chef s hat as they ice their freshly baked cookies to perfection. Children can use their creativity to make treats to share with the whole family. Cookies can also be delivered to one of our dining outlets to be showcased as that evening s special dessert! *Sign up required 24 hours in advance. Using various crafts including macaroni, beads, sparkles, glitter and whatever else they can find in our crazy craft closet, they will be able to create an individual memory of your very own! Supervised activity. (Maximum 10 children). KID S EVENT: FROSTED FUN 12:00 p.m 2:00 p.m. Children 6-13 $25.00 What is more fun than heading outdoors with friends? Children will have the opportunity to experience various winter games and spend time sledding outdoors. Afterward, they will head indoors and play interactive games in the kids activity centre.
