Facilities include: one tubing hill with tow rope, two ski/snowboard hills with tow rope, groomed cross-country ski trails, heated chalet with concessions. Located on Green Bay s east side. 5 The City s synthetic ice rink is located along the east side of the Fox River. It doesn t matter the temperature because the ice never melts! Open November 22-February 21 Staffed Hours Friday 4-10 p.m. Saturday p.m. Open skating available during non-staffed hours until 10 p.m. Admission: $2 Skate Rentals: $3, *Skate rentals only available during staffed hours. Drop Box: $2 fee during non-staffed hours. The Sanctuary will be having an introductory ice fishing workshop for kids ages 6-12 (accompanied by an adult). The workshop will start in the Nature Center learning about equipment, safety, fish species, and then making your own pole. Weather permitting we will travel to a spot to try our hand at real ice fishing. Pre-registration required. *If adults plan on fishing, a valid fishing license is required. Full Moon & Campfire Monday, January 5, 6:00 p.m. Tuesday, February 3, 6:00 p.m. Fee: $5 per person pre-registration is not required. Must have skis. Check in at the trail start by the Nature Center. There are over 35 park shelters available to rent throughout the City for a graduation party, class reunion, birthday party or family picnic. Bay Beach hosts many corporate picnics, weddings, school picnics, and family reunions throughout the summer in 7 open shelters and the Pavilion dance hall.
