JONATHON BUEHLER Judson University Elgin, Illinois Soccer - Eagles Jonathon Buehler has been a Whitmer Panther soccer team member for four years and a varsity player for three. Jon has followed in his brothers footsteps to become Captain of the squad last year. As the Center defender for the entire season it was rare for Jon to come out of the game. He did however manage to score several goals from his defensive position thanks to never-ending effort and an incredibly strong shot. Jon has been voted to the First Team in NWOSSL and as a 2nd Team member of the TRAC league. Jon participated in the All-Star game held between the TRAC league and the NLL. Jon is excited about his ability to continue his playing career at Judson University in Illinois and looks forward to making the Eagles team even stronger. Congratulations, Jonathon!

DEVIN THOMAS Defiance College Defiance, Ohio Football - Yellow Jackets Devin was a linebacker for the Whitmer Panther football team his senior year and earned All- Conference Honorable Mention recognition in the Three Rivers Athletic Conference. The Whitmer Panthers were the Ohio Division I State Runner-Up in 2012, with a 14-1 record. The Panthers repeated as TRAC Champions and were Regional Champions for three consecutive years (2010, 2011, 2012). Devin started playing football when he was eight years old for the Meadowvale Eagles and is looking forward to playing with the Yellow Jackets at Defiance College in the fall. Congratulations, Devin!

RYAN WICHER Owens Community College Toledo, Ohio Soccer - Express Ryan Wicher is a four-year player in the Whitmer soccer program and a three-year Varsity Member. He has served as a leader and team Captain. In years past, he has been voted to First Team honors for the NWOSSL and this year was voted by area coaches as Goal Keeper of the Year for the highly competitive Three Rivers Athletic Conference. He most recently played in the Annual All Star game played between two of the state s most competitive conferences. Ryan today is proud to be able to continue his playing career at Owens Community College whose program consistently ranks in the nation s top 20 for their division. He plans to study business and marketing. Congratulations, Ryan!
