6 Sports Marketing Kit About the Cardinal Booster Club Each year, the Cardinal Booster Club provides more than $100,000 in funding to the Middleton High School athletic programs. The Booster Club is a parent-based organization which provides support for the student athlete both on and off the field. With Membership of 800+ families and growing, we have an extensive network which extends beyond Middleton High School to the Middleton-Cross-Plains communities and Dane County. The organization supports all MHS sports teams and coaches, and all money raised goes to the athletic programs. 7 Our Mission Middleton High School is a learning community that fosters intellectual growth and habits of commitment, reflection, wellness and wonderment, developing citizens who make a living, a life and a difference. Our Athletic Program Students can choose to participate in any of 27 different sports throughout the school year. Middleton High School is a WIAA Division 1 program and has been a member of the Big Eight Conference since The Cardinals have won numerous State Championships. Everybody Wins At every athletic event, hundreds of students, families, and community members from all over Wisconsin enter our doors.
