1. POSITION DESCRIPTION POSITION TITLE: LOCATION: REPORTS TO: BUSINESS UNIT: Training Coordinator Melbourne People and Culture Manager People and Culture DATE: May 2016 POSITION PURPOSE 1. Ensure high quality training materials are available across the business, especially for the benefit of IDP Student Placement Centres and IDP:IELTS Network (including Test Centres, Regional Leads and Head Office staff). 2. Ensure we balance the needs of practical budget limitations with customer requirements for engaging training (ie online vs. written training materials). Key Performance Area Capability Development and Implementation Operational Performance Key Responsibility Design, develop and implement training collateral and identify the appropriate medium for delivery e.g. paper or web based written materials, e-learning, direct local delivery or delivery by subject matter experts Maintain all training collateral to ensure it is accurate, consistent, easily accessible and relevant to all stakeholders Develop, implement and maintain operational and systems training Incorporate appropriate evaluation methods and techniques to measure and assess effectiveness of activities and ROI Ensure that the training meets business needs Implement a variety of tools to achieve learning outcomes (including where relevant demonstration videos, webinars, elearning, online assessment and interactive forums) Ensure all training materials accommodate various learning needs and styles across cultures Participate effectively and enthusiastically in projects and other development initiatives when requested Go after the priorities, deliver quality outcomes every time, balance priorities to ensure the right thing is being worked on at the right time, to get the right outcome Deliver operational priorities as defined by business customers Support the delivery of business projects as required, whilst ensuring business as usual services are delivering to service level commitments Administer programs, issue certificates, monitor and review evaluations Conduct training needs analysis as required, maintain currency of training
