Enter 4 digit pin (issued to you by QCCU). 3. Enter 4 digit pin of your choice. 4. Re-enter 4 digit pin of your choice to confirm correct.
Large Token (Vasco DP250) First Time Login to CU Online Internet Banking 1. Go to www.qccu.com.au. 2. Click on login button (top right hand corner - below screen will now appear). 3. Enter your Eclient number. 4. Enter your temporary CU Online Access code & click on login (below screen will now appear). 5. Press arrow key on token. ( ) 6. Enter your 4 digit pin into token. 7. APPLI will now appear on your token, press 1 on token. 8. A 6 digit authentication key will appear on your token, enter this into your computer. 9. Click on send. 10. Accept Terms and Conditions by clicking on submit. 11. Enter new access code of your choice. 12. Repeat new access code of your choice. 13. Click on OK to proceed. Congratulations, you are now in CU Online Internet Banking. Page 2
Large Token (Vasco DP250) - Load and Authorise External Transfer via Online Internet Banking 1. From menu on left hand side click on Account Transfer (as per below screen) 2. From menu across top of screen click on External Transfer (as per below screen) 3. Load external payment details into computer (as per below screen) 4. Click on Submit (below token authentication screen will now appear). 5. Press arrow key on your token. ( ) 6. Enter your 4 digit pin into token. 7. APPL1 will now appear on token, press 2 on your token. 8. Enter the token challenge number into your token (refer to below screen). 9. A 6 digit authentication key will appear on your token, enter this into your computer (as per below screen). 10. Click on Submit. Page 3
11. Check details are correct before proceeding & read warning statement (as per below screen). 12. Click on Submit. 13. This transaction has now been loaded and authorised by you. 14. A record of your request will now appear, click on here to print (as per below screen). 15. Click on logout (top right hand corner of screen as per above). 16. Ask 2 nd authorised person to login to CU Online Internet Banking to approve transaction. Page 4
Large Token (Vasco DP250) - Online Banking 2 nd Authorised Person to Login and Approve Pending Transactions 1. Go to www.qccu.com.au. 2. Click on login button (top right hand corner & below screen will now appear). 3. Enter your Eclient number. 4. Enter your CU Online Access code & submit (below screen will now appear). 5. Press arrow key on token ( ). 6. Enter your 4 digit pin into token. 7. APPL1 will now appear on your token, press 1 on token. 8. A 6 digit authentication key will appear on your token, enter this into your computer (as per above screen). 9. Click on send. Page 5
10. A recent transactions pop up box will now appear (as per below screen). 11. Click on Pending Transfers from menu on left hand side (as per below screen). 12. All transactions to be approved by you will now appear (as per below screen). 13. Click in Approve box, a tick will now appear (as per above screen). 14. Click on submit. 15. This transaction has now been approved by you. 16. Click on Logout. Please Note: Funds will not be debited from account until QCCU updates payment files. Approved transaction can now be seen in view my periodic transfers, refer to page 9. Page 6
Creating a Transfer Within QCCU (to another membership) 1. Click on Account Transfer from menu on left hand side (as per below screen). 2. Click on Within QCCU Transfer. 3. Enter the required details and click on Submit. Page 7
4. Check details are correct. 5. Press arrow key on your token. ( ) 6. Enter your 4 digit pin into token. 7. APPLI will now appear on token, press 2 on your token. 8. Enter the token challenge number into your token (refer to below screen). 9. A 6 digit authentication key will appear on your token, enter this into the computer (as per below screen). 10. Click on Submit. 11. System will issue a receipt of transaction. 12. Click on another menu item or click on Logout to exit. Page 8
View, Modify or Delete Authorised Transactions 1. Once logged in click on Account Transfer. 2. Click on type of transfer eg. Internal, External or Within QCCU. 3. Click on View My Periodic Transfers. 4. Details of transfers will appear. 5. Click on option required eg. Modify or Delete. Page 9
6. If you click on modify: a. Make your changes. b. Click on submit. c. Authorise with token (refer page 3 from step 5 to step 10). d. System will confirm once modified. e. Ask 2 nd Authorised person to authorise this change. Page 10
7. If you click on Delete: a. Check you have selected the correct transfer. b. Click on submit. 8. You will now be advised if the transaction has been deleted successfully. 9. Click on logout to exit. Page 11
