2 1 ONCE-OFF PAYMENTS 1.1 Log-in to DSTV.com Log-in to DSTV.com with your credentials. For the first time log-ins, you will need to register on DSTV.com. Version 1 Page 2 of 17

3 MyGate Payment Gateway 1.2 Navigate to Credit Card Payment Page Once logged in, please click on My Account Version 1 Page 3 of 17

4 1.3 Make Once-off Payment Click on Payment Options button to avail the Credit Card Payment facility. This screen shows that Credit Card in use might require 3D secure. This is entirely bank s process. If your bank enforces 3D secure cards, then you might need to go through 3D Secure Registration Process, once you get to the Payment Page. Click on Once-Off Payment option. Your outstanding balance is pre-populated in the Payment Amount field. You can over-ride this amount. Version 1 Page 4 of 17

5 Entre the credit card details as relevant and click on Submit is optional. If you enter your address, then the payment confirmation will be sent to you via . Version 1 Page 5 of 17

7 2 RECURRING PAYMENTS 2.1 Log-in to DSTV.com You need to log-in to DSTV.com with your credentials. For the first time log-ins, you will need to register on DSTV.com. Version 1 Page 7 of 17

9 2.3 Set-up Recurring Payment Click on Payment Options button to avail the Credit Card Payment facility. This screen shows that Credit Card in use might require 3D secure. This is entirely bank s process. If bank enforces 3D secure cards, then you might need to go through the 3D Secure Registration Process, once you get to the Payment Page. 10 For a new set-up, click on Add New button. Version 1 Page 10 of 17

11 Your outstanding balance is pre-populated in the Payment Amount field. You can over-ride pre-populated amount. You will need to complete all the fields displayed. Debit Day is from 1 st day of the month till 28 th day of the month. Unfortunately you cannot choose 29 th, 30 th and / or last day of the month. Once all the data is filled in, please click on Submit button to create the recurring set-up. Version 1 Page 11 of 17

12 Once submitted, the saved Recurring Set-up is displayed. Version 1 Page 12 of 17

13 2.4 Edit Recurring Payment Set-up Click on Recurring Payments button under My Account Payment Options. You can edit the existing recurring payment. Click on Edit button against the set-up that needs to be modified. Version 1 Page 13 of 17

14 Change the details, as required and click on Submit button. 2.5 Delete Recurring Payment Set-up Version 1 Page 14 of 17

15 Click on Recurring Payments button under My Account Payment Options. You can delete the existing recurring payment. Click on Delete button to delete the existing set-up. Version 1 Page 15 of 17

16 You will need to confirm the deletion of existing set-up by clicking OK button. Recurring set-up is deleted after confirmation. Version 1 Page 16 of 17
