What is HRM/OB? Human Resources Management professionals and leaders focus the people side of organizational effectiveness, to foster high performance, employee well-being and non-adversarial industrial relations They act as internal consultants to managers, and create and manage company-wide policies and practices relating to recruitment, retention, and development of top talent. They also foster diversity and positive and help ensure company-wide compliance with employment and human rights legislation
What is HRM/OB Human Resources Management professionals are also expected to be experts in managing/guiding individuals and teams, including effective leadership, interpersonal communication, and the management of organizational culture and change. Many HR professionals and leaders act as facilitators, organizational designers, and change agents for the organization.
