This was all achieved over the course of 75 days. The property was sold 90 days later for $39 million dollars. Ownership has estimated that $3.5 million dollars of this sale can be attributed to the renovation project.

Overseeing multi-family redevelopment and capital expenditure deferred maintenance projects for fee managed clients. He also managed a portfolio of in-house owned real estate for American Management Services / Pinnacle NW, LLC. In August 2012, JD jumped on board with CWP bringing the knowledge, skills and relationships acquired over the prior decade to partner with Tim and assist in the continued growth of CWP. In addition to the ongoing involvement with client relations, project and production management; JD dedicates his time to restructuring field operations at a corporate level to assist in keeping up with CWP s growth.
