About ISSofBC Language College Our English courses, diploma programs, conversation courses, and test preparation courses help you reach your goals, save money, meet others from around the world, and enjoy your stay in Canada. ISSofBC Language College offers affordable English training for international students, visitors, those on working visas, landed immigrants and citizens. There are part-time and full-time, daytime and evening ESL classes from beginner to advanced levels. All of our ESL teachers are Canadian-certified, and some of our advanced courses are articulated with Canadian universities. ISSofBC Language College is accredited with Languages Canada and the Private Career Training Institutions Agency (PCTIA). Registration Fees Immigrants/ Citizens $10 International Students No study permit application needed $20 Study permit applications $100 Co-op (study and work ) permit applications $250 New students and students returning to ISSofBC after a six month break or longer are required to take an English assessment. The fee is $20 for international students and $10 for immigrants/citizens.
