3 Language requirements for postsecondary programs all instruction at the college is in english. international applicants are expected to be proficient in the english language skills of reading, writing, listening and speaking to meet the demands of the program. Applicants whose first language is not English are expected to provide proof of completion of any of the following for admission: 1. Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) Overall score of 80. Post Graduate and Health Science programs require 83 overall (Internet Based Test). 2. International English Language Testing System (IELTS) Overall score of 6.0, with no band less than 5.5. Post Graduate and Health Science programs require 6.5 overall. 3. The department s role is to ensure that the international students are supported from the time they arrive through to their graduation. ACCOMMOdATiOnS there are different housing options available to students. homestay The Homestay program allows our international visa students a chance to live with a Canadian family. C&M Homestay personally interviews all host families to make sure that you will be in a warm and comfortable family environment.
