Norwex Office Suite: The Consultant Experience This document describes what you, as a consultant, will experience when you log onto your Norwex Office Suite website. You will be required to access your consultant account to accept orders submitted on your website, to manage your Ripple Effect, and to manage your Ripple Effect contact list. Access You must access your Norwex Office Suite from your Norwex Consultant Services website. Click on the link at the top right hand corner of the page. Home Page Your home page gives access to the administration of your Norwex Office Suite: My Profile: Personalize your website that is visible to your guests and customers. My Received Orders: Manage the orders that have been made through your website. My Contacts: Manage your contact information. This information is used for your Ripple Effect enewsletter and can be exported for use in your database or email client. My Ripple Effect: Personalize your Ripple Effect enewsletter.

My Profile Here you can personalize your information that guests and customers will see when they visit your website. They will access the information by clicking the About Me link on the navigation bar at the top of the web page. Click within the Text box to remove the default text, and type in your personal message. You are limited to a maximum of 1060 characters, which fills the text box. The default message has 940 characters. Some simple HTML tags are allowed in your personal message. You can make text appear bold by surrounding the text with the <b></b> tags. For example, <b>this is my bold text.</b> would display the text within the tags as bold text. Likewise you can show text in italics with the <i></i> tags, or you can display text as both bold and italics using both tags like this, <b><i>this is my bold and italics text.</i></b>. Use the Browse button to select an image from your computer that you would like to place on your website. Although the image you select will automatically resize to the proper dimensions when you upload, for best quality it is recommended that you select an image that is 72 pixels/inch and 200 pixels wide. The height is not as important, but should be close to the image width. Important: you must click the Overwrite checkbox to replace the displayed image. Click the Edit button to accept your edits. Your new information will then appear on your About Me web page. Norwex Office Suite: Consultant Experience Page 2 of 6

My Received Orders In this section you can keep track of the orders that are submitted through your website. Important: You will not automatically receive commissions from orders placed through your website. It is required that you, as the consultant, be an active participant in receiving orders from your customers. You will be notified by e-mail when an order has been placed on your website. Your participation in the ordering process requires you to log into your Norwex Office Suite and accept the order within 72 hours of the order being placed. Once you accept an order, it will begin to be processed by Norwex. If you do not accept the order within the 72 hour deadline, the sale is considered a corporate sale, and it will begin to be processed by Norwex. You will not receive the commission for the order. As a consultant, your participation in every order that comes through your website is mandatory. Your unconfirmed orders are listed in the My Waiting Orders table. You view the order details by clicking on the order number under the Order # column, or you can confirm the order by clicking the Confirm link under the Confirm column of the table. Norwex Office Suite: Consultant Experience Page 3 of 6

On the order detail page, you will see a counter that shows how much longer you have to confirm the order. Click on the Confirm link to confirm the order. You can click on the shipping & handling link to open a popup window with Norwex s shipping and handling rates. You can view the transaction record for the order payment by clicking on the view transaction record link. You can go back to you list of orders by clicking on the My Received Orders link on the left hand side of the web page. Once you have confirmed the order, you will notice that the order has moved from the My Waiting Orders table to the My Confirmer Orders table. You can still access the order details by clicking on the order number under the Order # column. My Contacts You can manage all your contacts on your My Contacts page. Important: These contacts are used by your Ripple Effect enewsletter, so it is important that these records are kept up-todate. Contacts are listed 25 at a time, so you can use the First Previous and Next Last links to page through all of your contacts. Use the search feature to find a specific contact. The search criterion looks in the last name, first name and email columns. Click on a letter to view all contacts with a last name of that letter. Click the New link to view contacts that have been added within the last 14 days. Click the Add Contact button to add a new contact. You can view the details for each contact by clicking the name link under the Last Name column. From there you can edit or delete the contact s information, and you can send them a short text email. Norwex Office Suite: Consultant Experience Page 4 of 6

Click the Delete All button to remove all of the contacts from your database. You will be asked to confirm the delete before the contacts are actually deleted. You can also import your contacts from your current database or email client. First you must save your contacts on your computer in a comma separated value file or a tab delimited text file and click on the Import Contacts button. Use the browse button to locate the file that you had saved on your computer. You cannot have more than one contact with the same email address. During the import process, it checks to see if the contact s email address is currently in your My Contacts database. If it finds the email address, it will do one of two things depending on whether or not the Overwrite Duplicates checkbox is checked; If it is not checked then the new contact information is not imported and the current information in your My Contacts database does not change. If it is checked then the contact information is imported and the new information will replace the current information that was in your My Contacts database. Once you understand how you want your data to be imported, click the Import Contacts button. Any errors that occur during the import will be reported after the process is completed. You can then either fix the comma separated value/tab delimited text file and import it again, or you can use the Add Contact Norwex Office Suite: Consultant Experience Page 5 of 6

button to add the contact information manually with the online form. You can export your contacts information to use in your own database or email client. Exported files are saved in a comma separated value (csv) format. Once you click on the Export Contacts button, you are taken to a new page and must click the Export Contacts button again. This creates the csv file, and you must then click on the here link to download the file onto your computer. If you choose to Save the file, it saves with the predetermined file name based on the date and your consultant number. If you want to save the file with a different filename, then choose the Save as option, and you will be given the chance to choose your own filename. My Ripple Effect Clicking on this link will take you to your Ripple Effect Portal. From there you can personalize your Ripple Effect enewsletter. Norwex Office Suite: Consultant Experience Page 6 of 6
