1. Introduction This rally will be run in compliance with the National Sporting Regulations for Denmark which approximate comply with the FIA regulations and these Supplementary Regulations. Modifications, amendments and/or changes to these Supplementary Regulations will be announced only by numbered and dated Bulletins (issued by the organizer or the Stewards). Additional information will be published in dated and numbered Informations. This Short English version is not approved by the ASN. FIA App. K. 4.4 Entry Fees and Entry Packages DM rally, class 1 10: Foreign entries seeded or not seeded in DK, area for 1 service vehicle included EUR 400,- Without Commercials EUR 800,- Rally Master, class 11 18: Foreign entries seeded or not seeded in DK, area for 1 service vehicle included EUR 200,- Without Commercials EUR 400,- General for all classes: Extra service vehicle or team car EUR 70,- Electricity in the service park, pro day EUR 10,- Camping on Nysum banen, pro day EUR 10,- Standard service area for 1 entry is 6 x 8 meter (depth x width). For extra service area etc., please inform the Secretary of entries not later than the 07 june 2015. 4.5 Payment Details The entry fee can be paid at the Administrative Checks. 5. Insurance The Entry Fee is included an insurance, which guarantees the competitor s cover on special stages for civil responsibility towards third parties. Maximum compensation in case of damage is DKK 20.000.000. You will be charged an excess of DKK 3.000 per claim. 05-06-2015 Side 4/10
9. Reconnaissance 9.1 Procedure for reconnaissance Collection of materials for reconnaissance: The materials may be collected from Friday 12 june 2015 to 20 june 2015. Materials can be downloaded from: www.mnj.dk Reconnaissance schedule see Appendix 2. 9.2 Specific and national restrictions Anyone who violates the rules for reconnaissance will not be allowed to start. The punishment cannot be appealed. The entry fee will not be refunded. 10. Administrative Checks 10.1 Documents to be presented: - Valid Entrants license - Valid Drivers and co-drivers competition licenses - Drivers license - Valid passports for all foreign competitors - ASN authorization for all foreign competitors - Completion of all details on the entry form - Insurance cover for the rally car - Documents and registration papers for the rally car 10.2 Timetable Location: Nysum banen, Nysumgaardsvej 8, Nysum, 9610 Nørager Time: DM on 19. june Kl. 15.30 18.00 and Master on 20. june Kl. 08.00 10.00 11. Scrutineering 11.1 Venue and Timetable Too late attendance is penalized by the clerk of the course with a fine of DKK 1000, -. 11.5.1 Noise level before the rally All classes maximum 103 db. By the noise control before the rally the noise level may not be exceeded. 2 modifications are allowed. If the noise level is still exceeded, this will be reported to the Stewards. 11.7 On-board Cameras The provisions of FIA RRCSR Art. 65 must be complied with. Cameras must be mounted in the car at the time of scrutineering. 05-06-2015 Side 5/10
12. Other procedures 12.1 Showstart, procedure and order. Start parc fermé. Starting procedure of the special stages. 12.1.1 Start procedure and order The start order will be published on Saturday 20 june 2015 at 9:30 on the Official Noticeboard and on www.rallyresult.dk. Traffic Laws. 12.5.2 Service Park Nysum Banen. 12.5.2.1 Opening of the Service Park Fredag 19 june 2015 at 12:00. Service area will be allocated at arrival. 12.8 Power Stage In accordance with Art. 13.3. in the National Danish Rally Regulations, SS 08 is the Power Stage of the rally. 14. Appendix 2 Reconnaissance schedule Schedule: Reconnaissance of the stages except for SS 1 & 3, can be made between Saturday 13 june 2015 and 19 june 2015 and between: 09:00 and 17:00. Remember reconnaissance is NOT race. SS 1 & 3 Nysum, reconnaissance can only be made by foot on Friday 19 june 2015 between 9:00 and 17:00.
