Foreign runners must sign your registration, take responsibility for having had a checkup that guarantees you can run the selected distance and travel agencies shall ensure that possess the appropriate insurance. 14. CLIMATE DURING RACE WEEK The Cuban capital, in November, is characterized by the predominance of warm days with little temperature variation. The months of November, December and January, are characterized by their low insolation, reporting in the hours before meridian, more hours in the subsequent light at noon. In November reported low heights of the sun, which correspond to low magnitudes of solar radiation which reaches its maximum value at 12:00 hours. That month is frequent influx of migratory anticyclones (high pressure centers in the North American continent), who often travel to the southeast and then east. After the passage of the front, the temperature and moisture content of the air lowers. Associated with migratory anticyclones heading towards the Atlantic, there is also a phenomenon known as "dirty brisote" proper to the northern coast of the country, and are short-lived squalls that usually conclude before noon. In order to minimize potential problems and to promote physiological adaptation to the new situation, it is recommended that the arrival of the participants of geographical areas colder than ours, some time before the date of the race. Finally, be alert to the high temperature of the asphalt in the streets and avenues where the event will take place, especially in clear-sky conditions. 6
