2 At the Residencia Universitaria Santa Ana since 1992 we care for the welfare of our residents. In that date the capacity of our Residencia was for 27 students, and today we have place for 180 residents. Confort, good and quality environment for studies and a good and confortable decoration invite our residents to feel at home. Also, during the academic year several national o international groups are attended, and during summer or holiday periods we receive groups that come to Sevilla to study, for conferences, sports, etc. Residencia Santa Ana is attached to S.A.C.U, Service to University Community.

3 Location Residencia Universitaria Santa Ana is located on Almirante Ulloa, nº 6, between Plaza del Duque de la Victoria and Plaza del Museo, in the historic and shopping area of Sevilla, so the residents can find everything they need: shops, cafes, public transport, etc. GPS location Lat: Longitude: Public transport The public transport of Sevilla provides a good communication from Residencia Santa Ana to any place in the city. 4 Facilities Residencia Universitaria Santa Ana takes care of our residents. Our priority is comfort, the good study environment and the quality of our service. We offer single or double rooms. All of them with bathroom (in Residencia), internet access, television and air conditioning, also furniture to help the residents find a confortable place to study and live. 6 New facilities This year, Residencia Santa Ana has inaugurated new facilities like the new solariums in Residencia and Apartment buildings, in Residencia Gravina and in Redes buildings. Also we have classrooms to study and multipurpose rooms. All our students are free to use them.
