1 I.GENERAL: I.1 This product includes one car and accommodation as per selection in more than 100 hotels in 12 provinces in Cuba, with 4 models of vehicles and a CUC pre-paid phone card per booking. I.2 This program establishes 6 nights of accommodation as minimum and the same amount of car rental days. Each night of accommodation is equivalent to one day of car rental. I.3 Have a great flexibility regarding the booking of the hotels. I.4 In the Viajes Cubanacan Tourist Board, located in the hotels in the list, you can buy different excursion from the public price in CUC or by credit card (valid in Cuba). I.5 CUBANACAN INTERNATIONAL offers Car Rental with the company REX and put this product available to The Agency, in various categories of cars. II.ACCOMMODATION: II.1 The clients have the possibility to book the hotels once they are in Cuba (upon availability in hotels) or book the hotels previously before the arrival in Cuba. The booking of hotels in Cuba can be done either in the Desk of the hotel or in the Viajes Cubanacan Tourist Board at the hotels. II.2 There is no maximum of nights for staying in any hotel, if it has the availability. II.3 The accommodation includes Breakfast (Plan CP). II.4 For All Inclusive hotels the clients should pay locally a compulsory supplement in the desk of the hotels per person per night (see attachment). For accommodations in Hotel Cayo Las Brujas applies a compulsory supplement of 10 CUC per person, to be paid directly in the desk by the client. II.5 The accommodation is in standard double room. II.6 Maximum occupancy per room is 2 adults and 1 child (0-12 years old). II.7 For Hotel rooms reserved on 24 th, 25 th and 31 st December should pay locally in the desk of the hotels a compulsory supplement of CUC per person per night. II.8 Triple rooms are not able to book. In case three persons are making the trip, one of them needs to book an additional room. III.CAR: III.1 The cars belong to Rex Rental Company. III.2 There are 4 categories of cars for the program. Rentadora Autos Características Seat Ibiza Renault Fluence REX Audi A4 / Renault Minivan VW III.3 The car used as a base is SEAT Córdoba /Seat Ibiza. III.4 The cars are of mechanical transmission, with air conditioning, Air bags, Brake system ABS and CD or cassette Player. III.5 The car will be always received in one of the Rex rental offices within the country, where the client will sign the leasing contract of the car. In the booking of the program it should be specified in which Rex rental office the client wish to pick up the car. III.6 The client can drop off the car in any of the Rex rental offices within Cuba without having extra charges. If the car is dropped off in any other place a drop off charge is applied. III.7 When clients pick up the car in one of the Cuban international airports, the client will pay a CUC tax directly at the REX Office during the rent process. III.8 The program does not include: Insurance, damage coverage, Gas Oil or any other service not included in the leasing contract. The client should pay for this locally. III.9 The conditions for the rental are expressed in the attachment. The Agency must inform such conditions to the final clients. III.10 will not be responsible for not fulfillment of the terms in the leasing contract with Rex. IV.BOOKINGS: IV.1 The Agency will request the bookings to Cubanacan International ; [email protected]. IV.2 When client books the FFD without hotel reservations, The Agency should request the FFD with a release of 7 days and wait for a confirmation from Cubanacán International. IV.3 When client books the accommodation in the FFD before the arrival in the country, The Agency should request the FFD with a release of 10 days, and wait for a confirmation from Cubanacán International. IV.4 The Agency should inform the place, date and time of the pick up, the amount of passengers with their names and the amount of rooms to be booked, as well as the Arrival flight number. IV.5 The client of the Agency, on arrival to the country should give the voucher to the assistant of Viajes Cubanacan, The Voucher of the Agency should state FLEXI FLY AND DRIVE CUBANACAN, and, how many days it will be, names of the clients, number of pax per room, type of car. IV.6 The FFD vouchers are not refundable in case of NOT USE or LOST. V.ASSISTANCE V.1 The clients of The Agency will be welcomed by Viajes Cubanacan staff at the international airports in case that the program begins the same day or in the place stated in the booking request. The international airport with this service are : Airport José Martí Ciudad Habana Airport Juán G. Gómez - Varadero Airport Internacional de Cayo Coco Cayo Coco Airport Frank País - Holguín Airport Antonio Maceo - Santiago de Cuba V.2 In all hotels of the country where there is a Tourist Board of Viajes Cubanacan (open from 0900 till 1700), all days of the week, the client can request to make a reservation or to confirm the reservation made for the next hotel of the program made by the client. V.3 The Assistant from Cubanacan will give to the clients the following documents: One open voucher for each night of accommodation valid for all hotels in the FFD, One voucher for Rent the car, One Route Map, One telephone Card of cuc, Discount vouchers for different restaurants of the country, FFD brochure, Updated list of hotels and other general information. José Martí: Anisleidys Teléfonos (07) / En Varadero: Alfredo Teléfonos (045) / En Holguín: Miriam Teléfonos (024) VI.CANCELATIONS AND NO-SHOW POLICY: VI.1 No-Show: will be applied a penalty of one day of the Flexi. 1

2 VII. OTHER RENTAL CONDITIONS : VII.1 Guarantee Deposit: It is compulsory to pay a deposit of 250 cuc (in cash or credit card), for all categories of cars included in our contract. Credit cards accepted are: VISA, MasterCard or Cabal (not emitted by bank from U.S.A). In case that client have accepted damage coverage type CDW, the value of deductible is included as part of deposit. In case of damages it is collected only the value of deductible from the initial deposit and it is returned back the difference. If there are not any damages and no additional charges, it will be returned the total amount paid as deposit. VII.2 At the beginning of the rent it will be charged to the client the full tank of combustible according to the rates in Gas Oil station of the country and at time of drop off the client should return the car with empty tank. VII.3 The vehicle must be driven only by the persons specified in the Rental contract. VII.4 The client can have additional drivers. In this case apply a rate of 10 cuc per driver (2 drivers maximum). a) Additional drivers are authorized to drive vehicle, but not to: pick up, drop off, receive devolutions in cash or request any extra days of rental. These transactions should be made by the registered driver. b) The car can be driven only by registered drivers. VII.5 If client leaves the car under responsibility of additional driver for dropping of the car. He will be responsible for the payment of any damages to the car at the end of the rental, as well as any other charges agreed at the beginning of the rental without the right of claiming. Additional, the rental company will apply a penalty of 50 cuc. VII.6 Minimum Age for driving: 21 years old. VII.7 The clients should present his passport and driving license. VII.8 The client should return the car in the same conditions as at the time of pick up. VII.9 The combustible for the vehicle should be always Special Gas Oil. The client is responsible of correct type of gasoline to be used. VII.10 The client should pay to the rental company REX: VII.10.1 All additional charges to the opening of the rental contract (combustible, guarantee, penalties, and additional drivers) including damage coverage. VII.11 Insurance Coverage 1.1. All Rex cars are insured against total or partial thieving, collision, disasters and damages to third persons. REX does not offer insurances to their clients. In order to protect the clients of economic responsibility in case of damages to the car, REX offers coverage against damages: Super CDW + TP (Super CDP). It is compulsory to acquire it to be able to rent the car. This option is not registered in rental contract by paying the daily rates for each type of vehicle.. The daily rate for this damages coverage varies depending of the car type Total Exemption of responsibility for damages to the integrity of the vehicle Super CDW + TP (Super CDP) If client accepts the Super CDW, it is freed of any economic responsibility for damages to the car. It means that in case of an accident (in which none of the terms of the rental contract is violated), the client won t make any payment. This coverage is offered without deductible In case of an accident the client should present to Rex a Police Report and will pay only for the damages if the report shows establishes a violation of the terms agreed in the rental contract (i.e. Drugs Consumption, alcohol, driver not registered in the rental contract) The rate of this protection varies according to the type of car. This coverage is only offered for rental of 3 or more days Prices of Damage Coverage (Super CDW) per type of car: Modelo Categoría Precio por día Seat Ibiza Medio 20 Renault Fluence Standard 20 Audi A4/ Renault Standard Alto 25 Minivan VW Van The coverage does not apply for drivers not registered in the Contract since the beginning. 1.4 The client will assume total costs for damages to the car in the following cases: - Use of narcotics, alcohol or medicines that affect the right performance of the client or additional drivers registered in the rental contract. -If the car if driven by a person not registered in the Rental contract. - If Police or SEPSA report states a violation of one of the clauses of the rental contract. - If it is not presented any Police or SEPSA report. 1.5 In case of accident or theft the client should : - Notify immediately to the police and SEPSA. (Company of security and protection, available in HAV, HOG, SCU, Villa Clara y Varadero). - Notify to the Car Rental company REX. - To take all security measures with the vehicle, avoiding additional damages. - Filling damages form. VIII. PENALTIES: The rental company will apply penalties in the following cases : a) Lost of car keys: 200 cuc b) Lost of the number plate should be informed to the police, otherwise clients needs to pay cuc c) Leaving keys inside locked car: 50 cuc in Havana and 100 cuc in the rest of the provinces. d) If client returns the car extremely dirty or transport animals inside: 50 cuc e) The car is dropped off by additional driver:50 cuc. f) The car is dropped off by a driver not registered: apply a penalty with the value of days remaining and the value of the deposit.

In such case does not apply drop off charges, even if point of pick up and drop off are different. For give pick up or drop off out of the Rex offices, apply the following charges. Rex reserves the right to confirm or deny picking up or dropping off a car out of the Rex Rental offices, depending on the possibilities this service.
