Dear Great Southern Bank of Buffalo Customer, It is our pleasure to welcome you as a future Old Missouri Bank customer! We are excited about the opportunity to do business with you and are looking forward to being your local community bank. On October 16, 2015, we entered into a definitive agreement to purchase the Great Southern Bank branch in Buffalo. Since then, the bank has continued to operate under the Great Southern Bank name, while we work to complete the conversion of systems and operations. The conversion to Old Missouri Bank is scheduled to occur the weekend of March 18, 2016, and all deposit accounts will be converted by Monday, March 21, 2016. As a result of the conversion weekend, the Buffalo branch will be closed on Saturday, March 19, 2016, and will remain closed until 8 a.m. on Monday, March 21, 2016. We know you have questions about how the conversion to Old Missouri Bank impacts you as a customer. We have enclosed a FAQ Guide that includes helpful information to address your questions. This guide will allow you to quickly locate information regarding deposit account features, loans, debit cards, online banking, mobile banking and other products available, as well as, the location of our current Old Missouri Bank branches and hours of operation. You can always call us at the numbers listed below if you have questions that are not addressed in your FAQ Guide. Currently, we are in the process of determining if all account numbers will remain the same or if some will change. Once this process has been completed, customers with account number changes will be notified accordingly. Due to a change in the bank routing number, all customers will be receiving new checks at no cost. Our goal in this process is to provide a seamless transition for you, while giving you exceptional customer service and a great experience. In the meantime, we encourage you to review the FAQ Guide, also available on www.oldmissouribank.com, and to watch for further information that we will be sending out via mail in the coming weeks. Please contact us with any questions you may have, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., by calling (417) 869-9000 and asking for Customer Service. Thank you for your business and trust. We look forward to being a part of your community and serving you for many years to come. Sincerely, Mark A. Harrington President and CEO Old Missouri Bank 3570 S. National * P.O.
