AHCU serves the healthcare industry in thirty-three counties in Minnesota including hospitals, clinics, and healthcare organizations. With assets of $76 million, serving over 12,000 members statewide, we are a financially sound and stable cooperative owned by our members. The merger between Bluestone Federal CU and AHCU will be complete on April 1, 2012 when accounts and systems will transfer to AHCU. 3 Getting Started Member Number Your new AHCU member number will be 6 digits with a 6 prefix added to your current BSFCU member number. For example: Current BSFCU Will be AHCU Member Number Member Number Checking Number Your checking account number will be modified to a 10 digit account number. 4 A CCOUNTS From loan rates to checking, AHCU offers a broad range of products and services to meet your personalized needs. Savings If You Had You ll Now Have What s Different Share Savings: Share Savings $10 Minimum Balance required for membership (instead of $25) and to earn Your A suffix dividends (instead of $100). Prime Time Account Share Savings age 55+ The Happy Birthday Certificate is not available. You can receive three free teller checks per month payable to self. More than three or payable to others, there is a $3 fee per check. You will receive five free ATM withdrawals per month. Additional withdrawals are $1 per transacation. VISA pre-paid travel card is available for all of your traveling needs. Holiday Club: Holiday Club Minimum balance required: $0. Dividends paid on account with no minimum Your H suffix requirement. No withdrawals allowed during the term. Holiday funds will be disbursed the first of November each year. 6 A CCOUNT FAQS 1. When will I receive a new Debit or ATM card? You can continue to use your BSFCU debit or ATM card until you are issued a new AHCU card. 2. Will my daily card limit remain the same? No. ATM withdrawal limits will increase to $500 per day. Debit card purchases are limited to the lesser of $2000 or to the amount in your account. 3. Will there be any other changes when using my ATM or debit card? If you use your ATM or debit card internationally, additional international fees will be applied. When visiting countries outside of North America, please notify the credit union to activate your card for use while you are traveling. 4. When will I receive new checks? You can continue to use your BSFCU checks until further notification. 5. When will I receive Checking Account dividends? Associated Healthcare checking accounts don t receive dividends. 6. How long will my account history be available online? BSFCU transaction history will not be accessible directly through Access*Online. To retain copies of your estatements, log on to CUHomeBranch and access your statements through the Statement tab. Pdf files are available to view, print or save to your computer or another location. 7. Should I change my Direct Deposit and Electronic Payments? No, at this time electronic payments and deposits should post to your new AHCU account. 8. How do I make deposits or loan payments from another financial institution? You can set-up ACH origination for the first, fifteenth or every other Friday. 9. What if I have an overdraft? If available, AHCU will transfer money from an account under the same member number (Savings and Club), with an available Line of Credit loan or Overdraft Privilege (if qualified). IMPORTANT REMINDER: YOUR PRIVACY AHCU s privacy policy ensures that we will not share your personal information with third parties.

7 A CCESS * ONLINE Our FREE online banking service, Access Online, allows you to conveniently manage your account anywhere, 24/7/365. Enroll in Access Online to: View account transaction history Transfer money Pay bills (transactions after April 1) Check account balances View cleared checks Mobile Banking And, more! GET STARTED! 1. Go to 2. Log in (located on the top right) with your new AHCU member number. Use the last four digits of the primary account holder s social security number for your temporary password. You will be prompted to create a new password and set up multifactor authentication. 3. Once logged in, schedule money transfers, set-up automatic notifications, and more. 4. Sign up for FREE estatements. Receive your monthly/quarterly statement electronically. Once set-up, you will be notified by an that your statement is ready for viewing, then you will need to log into Access*Online and go to the Online Service tab. This feature will store up to 12 months of statements. IMPORTANT NOTICE: YOUR ONLINE ACCOUNT HISTORY BSFCU transaction history will not be accessible directly through Access*Online. To retain copies of your estatements prior to 4/1/2012, log on to CUHomeBranch and access your statements through the Statement tab. Pdf files are available to view, print or save to your computer or another location. CUHomeBranch will no longer be available after 4/1/ Sign up for FREE BILL PAY under Access Online. Set up bills from your checking account that automatically get paid and sent out either by check or electronically. Access Bill Payment to create new payees and schedule payments. Payments may be set up as a single payment or recurring payments. Please note: There is no charge if you pay a minimum of 3 bills each month. Otherwise the charge will be $4.95 a month. IMPORTANT NOTICE: BILL PAY To prepare for this switch, please print all your information from your BSFCU bill payment on your payees (for example: name of payee, address and account number) prior to the end of the March. This will assist you when you input them into the new bill payment service and set up your ebills.
