The conversion is scheduled to be completed on Monday, June 9th. Between now and then, you ll receive your new debit or ATM card through a separate mailing, and instructions for accessing your accounts online through myinvestorsbank.com. HOW WILL IT IMPACT YOU? As part of the Investors Bank family, you ll still receive all the great service and benefits you ve come to expect from GCF Bank. But you ll also have access to more banking products and services to help you manage money, build wealth and simplify your financial life. WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO MY GCF BRANCH? You can continue banking at the same branch most or all of the familiar faces will still be there to provide you with personal service and attention. But as part of Investors Bank, you ll also have access to over 125 additional branches, numerous ATMs, as well as 24-hour mobile and online banking, helping to make your banking experience even more convenient. myinvestorsbank.com 3

5 What You Need to Know We know that you may have questions about the upcoming changes, including how you will be able to access your accounts after the conversion on June 9th. The next few pages should address most of your concerns. Of course, you can call us for more information. General Questions WHEN CAN I START USING INVESTORS BANK BRANCHES? Once the merger is complete, you can start using any of our 125+ branches. GCF Bank will close on Friday, June 6th at 3:00PM and will reopen as Investors Bank on Monday, June 9th, with normal business hours. WILL MY CURRENT GCF BANK BRANCH REMAIN OPEN? Yes, all GCF Bank branches will close at 3:00PM, Friday June 6th, and will open as Investors Bank branches on Monday, June 9th, with normal business hours. WILL THE CURRENT GCF BANK STAFF REMAIN THE SAME? Yes, the current branch staff is expected to remain the same. You ll see the same friendly faces when the branches open as Investors Bank. WHERE ARE THE OTHER INVESTORS BANK BRANCHES, AND WHAT ARE THEIR HOURS? Or call the Investors Client Care Center at 855-iBank4U ( ). ARE MY DEPOSITS WITH INVESTORS BANK FDIC INSURED? Yes. Customer deposits with Investors Bank are FDIC insured up to the maximum legal limit of $250,000. In addition, the transaction accounts of GCF continue to be insured separately for at least six months after the conversion date. Certificates of Deposit will also be insured for six months. If the term of a Certificate of Deposit exceeds the six months, the additional FDIC insurance will continue until the certificate maturity date. For more information, visit myinvestorsbank.com 5

6 What You Need to Know (continued) Deposit Account Questions WILL MY ACCOUNT NUMBER(S) REMAIN THE SAME? Most account numbers are not changing. Please see the enclosed Account Summary insert for a listing of your account(s). WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO DIRECT DEPOSIT OF PAY OR SOCIAL SECURITY PAYMENTS GOING INTO MY ACCOUNT VIA THE ACH SYSTEM? There will be no interruption in any current ACH electronic transfers, and your ACH credits will continue to be deposited into your account. Please note that for any recurring debit card payments (i.e., a health club membership with automatic monthly payments) you must provide your new card information to the receiver. HOW DO I SET UP WIRE TRANSFERS? Starting June 9th, please instruct senders to begin using Investors Bank routing number for inbound wire transfers to your account. WILL I RECEIVE A NEW ATM AND/OR DEBIT CARD? Yes. If you currently have an active GCF ATM or Debit Card you will receive a new Investors ATM or Visa Check Card prior to conversion. You will also receive a new Personal Identification Number (PIN) in a separate mailing. Please continue using your existing GCF Bank ATM or Debit Card until June 9th, at which time you can activate your new Investors card. WILL THERE BE ANY DISRUPTION WITH EXISTING ATM MACHINES? GCF Bank ATM machines will be out of service sporadically during the week prior to the conversion. You may conduct transactions at your branch (until 3:00PM, June 6th) if your ATM isn t working. Please note: Beginning Thursday, June 5th, you will be unable to make deposits at these ATMs until Monday, June 9th. CAN I USE MY CURRENT GCF CHECKS? You may continue to use your GCF checks. When you are ready to order a new supply of Investors Bank checks, contact your local branch or call 855-iBank4U ( ) WILL MY OVERDRAFT LINE OF CREDIT CONTINUE? If you currently have GCF s Overdraft Line of Credit, it will continue in effect in accordance with the terms of your promissory note. Please refer to the Important Dates insert for final important dates related to the conversion iBank4U ( )

If you currently have Overdraft Protection on your GCF Checking Account for check, ACH or ATM and Debit Card Transactions, you will continue to have this protection through our Overdraft Privilege Program. Consumer overdraft protection limits at Investors are: Free Checking: $600; Edge Checking: $1,000. Overdraft limits for Business Accounts will remain $1,500. WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO MY ACCOUNT LOAN? If you have an Account Loan with GCF, it will continue in effect in accordance with the terms of your promissory note. WILL I NEED TO REREGISTER FOR ONLINE BANKING? If you currently use Bill Payment, there is no need to register. Your payees will transfer to Investors Bank. If you use online banking, you will receive a separate mailing with log in instructions and other information you will need to bank and pay bills online after the conversion. CAN I CONTINUE TO USE TELEPHONE BANKING? GCF Telephone Banking will be unavailable as of 3:00PM on June 6th. Investors Telephone Banking will be available on Monday, June 9th. Simply call us toll-free at to sign up for this free service. You will need your account number as well as the last four (4) digits of the primary account owner s Social Security number. WILL I RECEIVE A FINAL GCF BANK STATEMENT? GCF Bank will issue a final statement for all checking, statement savings and money market accounts on Friday, June 6th. You ll get your first Investors statement at the end of June or the middle of July, depending on your account s statement cycle. WILL I CONTINUE TO RECEIVE E-STATEMENTS? If you currently receive e-statements through your GCF Online Banking access, you ll be required to reregister for this service through Investors Online SM Banking to accept our Terms and Conditions. E-Statement service will not continue if you don t register your account(s). WILL THERE BE ANY CHANGES TO MY INDIVIDUAL RETIREMENT ACCOUNTS? If you have an IRA account, as of June 9th Investors Bank will become the new custodian/trustee of your plan. myinvestorsbank.com 7
