Option #1 Option #1 : Pay the initial deposit of $199 no later than Oct. 30 th, 2015 Once you have paid the initial deposit,30 Days after Nov. 30 th there would be a payment due of $500 Then 60 days after your 2 nd payment another $ 500 would be due Final Balance due is 100 days prior to the trip in your case that would be December 1st 2016. This is our standard payment plan we usually follow : Initial payment $199, 30 days after initial payment $500, 60 days after that $500, then final payment due 100 days prior to departure

Option #2 Option #2 : Pay the initial deposit of $199 (Oct. 30 th, 2015) This would leave $3,195 remaining you can split this up into monthly payments of $266 ( November 2015 November 2016) Final Balance due is 100 days prior to the trip in your case that would be December 1 st, 2016.

Option #3 Option # 3: Pay the initial deposit of $199 (Oct. 30 th, 2015) Another option is breakup payments every 2 months (November, January, March, May, July, September) $532.50 Final Balance due is 100 days prior to the trip in your case that would be December 1 st, 2016.

Ultimately In all three options you can see the only important payments are the initial deposit of $199 to secure students place on the trip and that the trip is paid in full 100 days prior to your departure date. The way you choose to break up the payments is up to you.
