He immediately led the corporation to meet a budget of $18 million. Todd has ensured the continued success of the corporation by employing a unique management and relationship building approach. In his previous role of Senior VP of Operations, Todd steered the complete revamping of company operations and played the key role in driving annual revenues to nearly $18 million. He piloted strategies that exceeded revenue goals by more than $7 million and made his region the most profitable company-wide with a gross margin of 28%. His crowning achievement was playing a key role in leading the company from zero revenue and four offices in 1995 to over $250 million in annual revenues and 114 branch locations in 2000.
