Bill Maloney EVP Development and Production North America William Bill Maloney, Executive Vice President in, heads the business area Development and Production North America. In this capacity, he plays a key role in s Corporate Executive Committee and is s senior executive in North America. Bill previously held the position of Senior Vice President, Global Exploration (GEX) for from 2002-2008 with responsibility for all of s international exploration activity. Prior to joining in February 2002, Bill held the position of Vice President, Exploration & New Ventures for Texaco, based in London. Before that, he served as Director of International E&P for Davis Petroleum from 1995-1996. Bill began his career with Shell Oil Company in Houston in 1981. His first role was a geologist in the Rocky Mountain Division. Over time, he took on positions of increasing responsibility in the US and international arena. Upon leaving Shell in 1995, Bill served as Region Manager for Latin America. Bill attended Syracuse University where he received an MS in geology. He is a member of AAPG s corporate advisory board, the National Petroleum Council, and the board of API.

Dr. Helge Hove Haldorsen Director General Mexico Helge Hove Haldorsen holds the position of Director General Mexico in Mexico City after serving as Vice President Strategy & Portfolio North America in Houston, Texas. Prior to his tenure at, Helge worked for Norsk Hydro in various roles including Chief Reservoir Engineer, Senior Vice President International Exploration and Production, and President Hydro Gulf of Mexico. He has also held various positions at British Petroleum, Standard Oil of Ohio, and ExxonMobil in Anchorage, London, San Francisco, Stavanger and Houston. He was a Second Lieutenant in the Royal Norwegian Navy and Professor of Industrial Mathematics at the University of Oslo, as well as a Lecturer at Stanford University in California. Helge is the 2015 President of the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) with 143,000 members in 139 countries. He has also served on the SPE s Board of Directors for three years. Helge earned an MS in Petroleum Engineering from the Norwegian Institute of Technology in Trondheim and a PhD in Reservoir Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin. He served on the Offshore Technology Conference Board of Directors for five years and currently serves on the OTC d5: The Next Big Thing Advisory Board and on the External Advisory Board for the Cockrell School of Engineering at The University of Texas at Austin.

Margareth Øvrum EVP Technology, Projects & Drilling (TPD) Margareth Øvrum has held the position of executive vice president in since September 2004. Margareth has worked for since 1982 and has held central management positions in the company, including the position of executive vice president for health, safety and the environment and executive vice president for Technology & Projects. She was the company s first female platform manager, on the Gullfaks field. She was senior vice president for operations for Veslefrikk and vice president of operations support for the Norwegian continental shelf. Margareth holds a Master s degree in engineering (sivilingeniør) from the Norwegian Institute of Technology (NTH) in Trondheim, specializing in technical physics. She is a member of the board of Atlas Copco AB and Ratos AB.

Jannicke Nilsson SVP COO, Head of Technical Efficiency Program (STEP) Jannicke Nilsson joined in 1999 and has held a range of engineering, research, operational and leadership roles. Jannicke initially served as a project engineer, and then project leader, production engineer, production supervisor and platform manager at Oseberg South. She has served as manager of Oseberg C and vice president for modification and project portfolio Bergen in Development and Production Norway (DPN), as well as senior vice president for operations North Sea and for operations North Sea west in DPN. Before STEP, Jannicke held the position of senior vice president for TPD TEX (technical excellence). She has led the technical efficiency project since August 2013. Jannicke holds a Bachelor of Science in automation and a Master of Science in cybernetics/process automation from the University of Stavanger.

Lorenzo Simonelli President & CEO GE Oil & Gas Lorenzo Simonelli is President & CEO of GE Oil & Gas, an advanced technology equipment and services company that serves all segments of the oil and gas industry from extraction to transportation to end use. The business employs 43,000 people around the world. Before joining GE Oil & Gas, Lorenzo was President and CEO of GE Transportation, a global transportation leader in the rail, mining, marine and energy storage industries. During his five-year tenure, he expanded and diversified GE Transportation by focusing on advanced technology manufacturing, intelligent control systems, and a diverse approach to new propulsion solutions to solve the world s toughest transportation challenges. Lorenzo has also served as CFO Americas for GE Consumer & Industrial, as well as General Manager, Product Management for GE Appliances, Lighting, Electrical Distribution and Motors. He joined GE s Financial Management Program in 1994, where he worked on assignments in GE International, GE Shared Services, GE Oil & Gas and Consolidated Financial Insurance. Originally from Florence, Italy, Lorenzo is a Business & Economics Graduate from Cardiff University in South Wales.

Mads Andersen President, Processing Systems OneSubsea Mads Andersen is the President of Processing Systems. He began his career in 1989, when he joined Schlumberger as a Wireline Field Engineer in Bergen. During his tenure at Schlumberger, Andersen worked offshore Norway, offshore UK and in Iran. In 1993, he moved to Oslo, where he spent three years working for Roxar as Principal Petrophysicist, before heading the Exploration and Data Acquisition group for Saga Petroleum, now part of. In 2000, Andersen left Saga Petroleum to become the President of Maritime Well Services, a subsidiary of Aker Solutions. The next 12 years saw Andersen undertake a series of management positions, including Executive Vice President, Products and Technologies, and Executive Vice President of the company s Subsea division. In 2012, Andersen joined Cameron as Vice President and Country Manager for Norway. He holds a master s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Glasgow and an associate degree in Business Administration from the Norwegian School of Management in Oslo.

Patrick Schorn President Operations & Integration Schlumberger Ltd. Position: President of Operations & Integration since July 2013. Experience: Patrick Schorn is president of Operations & Integration, a position he assumed in July 2013. Prior to his current role, he held various global management positions including president of the Production Group; president of Schlumberger Well Services; president, Schlumberger Completions; and previously, marketing manager for Well Services. Earlier in his Schlumberger career, Schorn was general manager for the Russia GeoMarket after holding management and engineering positions in France, US Gulf of Mexico, Peru, Argentina and Russia. He began his career with Schlumberger in 1991 in stimulation operations in Europe. Education: Bachelor of science degree in oil and gas technology from the University Noorder Haaks in Den Helder, the Netherlands. Other matters: Schorn is a citizen of the Netherlands.
