During the 60 years of our history we have progressed with great success from a pure trading company to a wholesaler, manufacturer and service provider. Prompt Precise Cost Effective was my father s motto. This describes our business philosophy to this day. We provide our customers with products and services of excellent quality with fast delivery and an attractive price structure. Second Generation. After the demise of the company s founder, Josef Beese, his son, Dipl.-Wirt-Ing. Stefan Beese aged 24 takes control of the company. EMZ currently employ 80 members of staff. 2007 More room for expansion. Our headquarters in Recklinghausen are extended to include additional office space. The erection of a two-story building provides more room for our sales staff. Meanwhile, EMZ France move to a new company building in Cernay. 2012 EMZ take over Unitec AG, Switerland. On 01 August 2012, we announced the take over Unitec AG s business acitivities in Switzerland. The traditional Suisse company from now on trades under the company name EMZ-Unitec AG. Machine diagnostics In our own test laboratory all measurements are carried out according to EN 60034 and the applicable VDE regulations. Teamwork is particularly crucial because timing plays a major role. Silke Herzog is training as an electronics technician for machines and drive technology. In this area she is the only female apprentice in North Rhein Westfalia. We are especially proud of this fact and Silke says: In my training, I receive a comprehensive insight into the world of drive technology. EMZ have always provided great support. Heinz Busch Logistics For years our customers value us for our extensive stock availability. We store our engines in approximately 5,000 m 2 floor space. Our logistics staff ensure that you receive your products as quickly and efficiently as possible. Heinz Busch has worked with EMZ for 35 years.
