2 Proven Leadership Perth-based Blakers Pumps Engineers became part of global industrial products company ITT Corporation in late Now known as ITT Blakers, the original company was established in January 1979 to supply process and industrial pumping equipment to Australia s chemical, oil and gas, mining, and power industries. ITT Blakers is a fully integrated pump service provider, with a full portfolio of premier industrial products complementing the ITT Goulds pump range, including Milton Roy API 675 metering pumps, Seepex API 676 helical rotor pumps, and Ebsray Vane and gear pumps. The company has exported major pump packages to more than eighteen countries around the world The company packages, tests, commissions and services Goulds Pumps complete range of horizontal and vertical heavy-duty centrifugal pumps for the oil and gas, chemical, refining, and water treatment industries, including ANSI and API 610 specifications in the Australian market. ITT Blakers also distributes ITT s C treat reverse osmosis watermakers to provide fresh water supply to offshore platforms. ITT Blakers covers the whole of Australia with sales offices in Melbourne, Brisbane, Sydney and Gladstone. Its headquarters in Perth comprises a 2600 square meter office, as well as a warehouse, factory, repair/service/ rebuild centre, and pump test bay for the packaging and after-sales service of pumping and associated equipment. The Gladstone, Queensland, facility provides aftermarket service, rebuild and repairs for a wide range of equipment in this fast-developing region. The pump test facility conforms to Australian and International standards and is equipped to test both horizontal and vertical pumps, with a variable frequency drive for performance testing over a wide range of speeds. NPSH testing using vacuum suppression, and noise and vibration testing including FFT spectrum analysis, can also be conducted.

We understand the criticality of spares availability and can supply a vast range of OEM replacement parts, to suit our range of products, directly from stock. OEM replacement parts offered can be supplied to original or upgraded specifications, dependant on your application. With a minimum of fuss, we can tailor stock holdings to suit individual customer operations. We would be pleased to enter into customised supply agreements to meet these specific needs. 5 Test Bay ITT Blakers Test Loop has been designed to meet the requirements of AS and Hydraulic Institute Standards, with particular emphasis on testing to API 610. For Overhauled or Re-rated pumping equipment we are able to offer witnessed or non-witnessed Performance and NPSH testing that shall show the actual performance of the serviced equipment. A performance curve showing flow, head, power, efficiency and NPSH shall be supplied with the test, along with temperatures, noise levels and vibration levels (FFT spectrum) if specified. Our Engineering team are available to discuss any of your testing requirements. The following details specific testing capabilities: 1. Test Bay flows to 2100 m3/hr and heads to 200m and up to 350bar are possible with engineered test pieces for specific high pressure testing. 2. Motors to 300kW can be started and speed con trolled via an ABB VVVF drive. Testing above 300kW is possible using medium and high voltage motors and an external power supply. 3. Vibration analysis utilizing Pruftechnic Vibscanner incorporating FFT spectrum analysis. 4. Noise analysis utilizing Larson Davis Soundtrack LxT2 sound level meter. 5. NPSH testing via vacuum suppression. 6. Vertical turbine (VS1), vertical can (VS6) and sub mersible pumps can be tested utilizing our 9.0m sump.
