Describe proper 12 L ECG placement, systematic assessment of a multi lead ECG, and identification of patterns indicative of ST elevation and corresponding locations of infarction in the heart 3. Describe how to utilize new Inter-facility Transfer Guideline in Rural hospitals reviewing and learning lessons from actual regional hospital STEMI cases 4. Describe assessment, evaluation, triage, and treatment strategies for Acute Coronary Syndrome presentations to Rural Health Care Facilities. 5. Describe regional MN STEMI data benchmarks collected in the ACTION GWTG database and reported in regionally blinded Mission: Lifeline reports, as well as identify priorities for quality improvement and program vision for statewide and regional STEMI system development in 2015-2016. 6. Describe current statistics regarding utilization of 9-1-1 for heart attack symptoms in rural MN, public education tools and resources available through AHA and the MN Mission: Lifeline program 7. Demonstrate strategies for increasing public awareness of STEMI symptoms and the importance of calling 9-1-1 in rural communities
