welcome packs First impressions count First impressions are extremely important and a dental welcome pack is the first opportunity for practices to make a great impression on new patients. Once the appointment has been made the pack should be sent to the patient ensuring they will have all the information they will need about the practice. Details such as opening times, appointment arrangements, treatments, payment options, the dental team, services, location etc would all be covered. Our welcome packs are completely bespoke. Our experienced designers make sure the design concept ticks the most important boxes - rich in information and attractive on the eye. Practice branding is integrated in the design, strengthening the brand and creating dental welcome packs which cement the relationship in the crucial early stages of the practicepatient partnership. What should a dental welcome pack contain? Patient welcome packs come in all shapes, sizes and colours. The overall effect is outstanding and all of this has helped to create a first class practice where patients are delighted to visit. Newsletters can be used both as part of your internal and external marketing. We offer a bespoke design, copywriting and printing service for newsletters in addition to targeted distributions and mail merging. Your marketing material should reflect the quality of your dental care it should be informative, easy to read, well designed and look and feel exceptional. Designer Dental have been working with CDIC for many years now and when the Practice Director embarked on a complete clinic refurbishment programme a couple of years ago, the marketing material was part of this project. All of the literature was looked at with a fresh eye and designed to mirror the new image of the Clinic as well as providing patients and referring dentists with comprehensive information. The end result is a range of marketing literature that reflects the very essence of the Clinic and a brand that will be carried forward for many years. Treatment Leaflets Patients need to know the range of treatments that are available at the practice in order to make an informed choice. A full range of treatment leaflets will be an excellent investment with topics such as tooth whitening, crowns, bridges, veneers, implants, white fillings, smile makeovers, facial aesthetics and hygiene services. Couple these leaflets with posters from our poster range and you have a very effective internal marketing strategy. Referral Cards Referrals from patients will always be a key factor for any practice. digital marketing Click start your marketing with ezines and slideshows Patient Ezines Patient ezines are short, snappy and are used to communicate with patients on a regular basis keeping them up to date with everything at the practice as well as special offers, dental news etc. Once your database is built up you can use this to create your own promotions, referral incentives and oral health tips. Patient ezines are a cost effective communication tool and as part of a marketing mix can be a valuable addition to your internal marketing strategy. In-Practice training FRONT OF HOUSE TRAINING The Art of Customer Service This is a half day in practice where we will train your team to delight your patients including building and strengthening relationships, dealing with difficult patients, the patient journey and different communication styles. The Patient Experience This is a full day in practice where we will train your team so that they become first class and patient focused including first impressions, reinforcing impression once in the practice, the initial enquiry, the chairside conversation, the price conversation and much more. We will also share facts and statistics with you. TREATMENT CO-ORDINATOR TRAINING A new way and it does not involve the hard sell!...a helping hand in growing your business Are you converting new enquiries into patients? Is your Treatment Coordinator converting treatment plans into business? If you want hands on training for your staff that will increase your new patients and case acceptance with instant results, our Treatment Coordinator training is a must. We offer two options on this training one or two days. The one day covers all of the areas needed to be an effective Treatment Coordinator. The second day is more in-depth with role plays, overcoming objections, the Treatment Coordinator job description, how to schedule appointments and following up unscheduled patients.
