The complexity of the IR35 legislation is not something recruitment agencies want to be dealing with, but unfortunately it is something that will inevitably involve them and it is obviously extremely important to contractors. Although contractors are ultimately responsible for ensuring their employment status, having compliant contractors creates a happy working environment all round with less worries and stress to the contractor, which ultimately will help them work more efficiently for the end client.
