Note: The latest agent version at the time of writing is Agent-Windows-x64-6-85-4071.exe. This version will be used for this guide. This guide demonstrates a typical installation on a Microsoft Windows 2008 x64 Server, other Operating Systems will vary. It will be assumed that this is a new installation and the client is unrequested with the EVault software (Director and Web and/or CentralControl). Timico Ltd 2012 Dated: 28/09/2012 Page: 2 of 16

4.1.1 Installation Guide To start the installation please click on the link to the Data Vault Windows (64bit) Agent. Select your desired language in the drop down list followed by clicking the OK button. The installation will now begin. Please allow a few minutes for this step to complete. Edit the EVault Software Agent as follows: Once you have entered the full details below click the Next button to continue. You will have received the Username and Password details required upon placing your initial order with Timico. Click the Next button to continue. Click the Finish button. This completes the Agent installation part of the EVault backup application. Timico Ltd 2012 Dated: 28/09/2012 Page: 8 of 16

4.2 EVault Web CentralControl Configuration After completing the Agent installation, you will need to access the Web CentralControl portal to configure the jobs that you wish to run for the server that you have installed the Agent to. 4.2.1 Configuration Guide Connect to the EVault Web Central Control portal https://evault.timico.co.uk.
