3 Connector Scheduling Chart Publishing Connector Scheduling Chart Publishing Microsoft WINDOWS XP To open Scheduled Tasks, click Start, Control Panel, and then Scheduled Tasks. Figure 1. Scheduling a New Task 1. Right-click below Add Scheduled Task. Select New from the options list then Scheduled Task. The Scheduled Tasks window opens. Revised 03/19/09 3

5 Connector Scheduling Chart Publishing Note: Substitute the appropriate chartid in place of the x in the above URL. You must get httprequest.vbs where you installed OrgPublisher for PeopleSoft HCM. The default location is c:\program Files\Aquire\OPConnector. Run as: Type the appropriate user and click Set Password. Figure Click the Schedule tab and choose a schedule option by clicking the downarrow in the Schedule Task field. 5. Use the arrows in the Start time field to set the scheduled time. 6. Use the arrows in the Schedule Task Daily, if appropriate, to select the cycle, such as Every 2 day(s). Revised 03/19/09 5
