Note: ES should mandatorily connect to CIDR at least twice a week. Actual number of days when a ES is not operational will be calculated. However days for transit and rest days (if any) as per agreed work plan will not be calculated for penalty. Service Level Agreements User manual for District level officers on Enrollment Payment to EA STATEMENT OF SLA UID enrollment is carried out by Enrollment Agencies selected by OOIT&( in their allotted districts. As Eight SLAs defined in the tender document have to be maintained by EA's and any noncompliance /violation attracts applicable penalty. Out of these Eight SLA's, Five SLA's shall be calculated by respective district registrars and penalty for SLA on Delay in MIS entry(sla-8) has been deducted by OOIT&C and remaining due payment is released to Oistrict Collector. OOIT&C has developed a web based application to calculate SLA's for district authorities. An amount equal to 5% of payable amount to each EA has been with held for calculation of penalties under SLA 2&4. Rest of the SLA are to be calculated by district registrars as per following guidelines. After calculation SLA's applicable penalty may be calculated and payment after deduction of penalty may be released to EA's. SLA wise method of calculation of penalty has been described here under:

SLA-l (SLAfor No. of Machines- Minimum ES): With the help of this SLA we can calculate the penalty for no. of machine deployed. For that first we have to login on Aadhaar portal. After that we will go to tab SLA and Payment and then we will click option SLA-l and then page will open. Then we choose Enrollment Agency, district and month for which we want to calculate penalty and then we submit. During the penalty calculation all holidays (Including Saturdays and Sundays) are already considered and district authority may add transit days and other holidays according to the instruction order issued. EA will have to upload attendance of man-power along with the scan copy of approved attendance by district nodal officer in the Attendance module for man-power in the portal for SLA 5 calculation.
