Our country s entrepreneuril eduction hs been flourishing developing from then on. Entrepreneuril eduction of undergrdute hd been continuous crried out nd mde much chievement. However, lrge gp of high-level pplied tlents still exists for Chin s economic development. Therefore, entrepreneuril eduction mong postgrdute hs been widely concerned. For long time, postgrdute s eduction were lwys concentrted on their professionl bsic knowledge, scientific reserch bility nd lose sight of their prcticl bility. We hd pid more ttention on their professionl knowledge nd usully took their reserch bility s stndrd to mke judgment. This trining model hd obviously cn t stisfy society s requirement of pplied tlents. For the government to mke further policy to improve the qulity of entrepreneuril eduction nd universities to chnge the teching model to stisfy the demnd of high-level pplied tlents of society, therefore, we do reserch on the evlution of postgrdute s entrepreneuril eduction hve gret significnce. In 1989, United Ntions Eductionl, Scientific nd Culturl Orgniztion (UNESCO) hold conference bout Eduction Symposium Fcing 21 Century in Beijing Chin nd formlly proposed the definition of entrepreneuril eduction. Entrepreneuril eduction cn be clssified s brod sense nd nrrow sense. Brod sense of entrepreneuril eduction ims to hold the vlue of fostering cretive students nd emphsis prctice. We should set some courses to cultivte their pioneering qulity. Nrrow sense of entrepreneuril eduction ims to lunch some eduction ctivities to stisfy their need in the process of entrepreneurship [1]. EVALUATION CRITERIA SYSTEM OF POSTGRADUATE S ENTREPRENEURIAL EDUCATION Estblishment of the evlution criteri system is the foundtion of postgrdute s qulity evlution. We collected some literture dte of building evlution criteri system nd summrized postgrdute s evlution criteri which [5] re built in three spects of students qulity, culture condition, teching mngement. Wng [6] in the evlution of postgrdute qulity with mjor degree used questionnire investigtion, Delphi method nd Anlytic hierrchy process method to build the evlution criteri system. In the study of full-time mjor degree postgrdute s eduction, by investigtion Guo [7] found some problems, proposed some reform suggestion nd finlly set up reltively perfect, scientific evlution criteri system. By summrizing nd nlyzing the present literture dte, our reserch begin from how the qulity of postgrdute s entrepreneur eduction form, nd set the freshmn s the entrnce, nd considered bsic equipment of school which will cuse indirect effect of postgrdute s qulity, nd the qulity of mster student supervisor which will hve direct effect, nd the teching model which will cuse restricting fctors. At the sme time, the grduted postgrdute will receive pprisement from universities, society nd enterprise. All the fctors bove will finlly decide the comprehensive qulity of postgrdute nd we cn mke n evlution of entrepreneuril eduction. The formtion mechnism of this process is described in the Figure1. Bsed on the formtion mechnism of postgrdute comprehensive qulity we used investigtion, sttisticl methods Delphi method nd so on to build the evlution criteri system. In this pper, we bsed on the present study nd the generl evlute procedure, nd set the qulity of postgrdute s the top-level, nd the second level re divided into A1: Teching model of school; A2: Comprehensive qulity of postgrdute; A3: Supports of school; A4: Socil recognition four spects, nd in the third level we mke further thinning of the second level. In this process we investigted some key universities nd tlked to mny grduted postgrdute, experts in the eduction field, some humn resource mngers nd by our selection nd induction nd finlly we got the evlution criteri system of postgrdute s entrepreneuril eduction in the Tble1. MODEL OF AHP-FUZZY COMPREHENSIVE EVALUATION APPROACH AHP [8] is multi-objective decision mking pproch which combines qulittive nlysis with quntittive nlysis. This pproch first decompose the complicte problem into some elements, nd then builds multi-hierrchicl evlution model nd decides the membership reltion of different hierrchies, nd gets criteri weights of ech relted index. With the combine of AHP method with fuzzy comprehensive evlution pproch [9], we cn void people s objective judgments nd preference which will impct the objectivity nd firness of the evlution results. In this pper we propose AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evlution pproch. The fundmentl steps of the evlution pproch re s follows: Step1. (Build judgment mtrix) We hve m gols (scheme or elements), bsed on the proposed criteri, we mke pirwise comprison of the gols. In the mtrix criteri j. (Clculte criteri weights) Compute the lrgest eigen vlue of the pirwise mtrix we get mx nd the eigenvector W nd normlize it we cn get the single hierrchy structure s eigenvector w, in this cse we need to identify the consistency rtio of mtrix, first the mtrix s consistency index ( CI ) is found by: ii o Pge 23

(Build the evlution mtrix R ) Set U u 1, u2, u m system, nd set V v v is mde up of elements of the evlution criteri 1, 2, v n contins ll the possible results tht judgments give. Firstly, we evlute the single index of set U nd get the vlue to mke up of the judgment mtrix R. Step4. (Build the evlution model) We hve got eigenvector w nd judgment mtrix R, nd then we mke fuzzy comprehensive evlution. The evlution eqution is s follow: B w R (3) Step5. APPLICATION EXAMPLES Some university of logistics engineering mjor is n eduction pilot progrm to stisfy the gret need of specil tlents in the society. This university tkes dvntge of Ningbo-Zhoushn Port nd bsed on the need of developing hrbor logistics, interntionl logistics, nd informtion logistics to construct the teching mode of "Quternity" nd try to improve teching qulity of courses. For three yers implement, they hve mde much remrkble chievement. So we tke this university s n exmple to evlute its postgrdute s entrepreneuril eduction. Bsed on the proposed evlution criteri system, we use the AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evlution pproch to build the judgment mtrix in the Tble 2. We mke the conclusion tht the criteri weights cn objectively reflect the importnce of ech index. Using the sme steps we cn get the criteri weights of first grde indexes nd the secondry indexes. If the evlution result is between 70 nd 80 we sy the entrepreneuril eduction of this university is Generl.
