WEST CHESHIRE COLLEGE Job Description JOB PROFILE (S690) Job Title: Sector: Lead Learning Support Assistant Learning Services Scale Point: SPS 17-20 Responsible to: Assistant Manager, Specialist Learning & Support Main Purpose of position: To co-ordinate the LSA support of students with Learning Difficulties and / or Disabilities across College. To liaise at all times with course/subject tutors, Specialist teachers and LSA s regarding student information and support needs. MAIN DUTIES:- 1. To co-ordinate and monitor the appropriate support of students with classroom activities, either on a one to one or small group basis. 2.
