The credential must be displayed with the issued lanyard to be valid. Entries and rider licences will not be processed at the track. Riders must have submitted their entry and license prior to the registration deadline of June 16th 2015. Season and Single event credentials may be submitted at the track, but will be subject to a $25 fee. To avoid this fee, follow the instructions in Competitor Bulletin 2015-05 and add crew members to your rider s entry and upload a photo of crew members head and shoulders on a light background. Registration will begin at 13:00 on Thursday June 25 th at the Credential building. Course Information: Course length is 3.048 miles, pole position on the rider s right. Superbike/Superstock 1000 races will be 18 (54.864 miles) laps in length, Supersport races will be 16 (48.768 miles) laps in length. Superstock 600 races will be 13 (39.624 miles) in length. KTM RC 390 Cup races will be 9 laps (26.88 miles) in length. Tire stickers must be affixed to the rider s right Timing Map: Track Familiarization: Track familiarization will be from 1800-1900 on June 25 th. Scooters displaying a current MotoAmerica pass may be used, however, it is a Miller Motorsports Park Regulation that all riders must wear a helmet and adhere to a STRICT 25 MPH Speed limit. Dunlop Fan Walk: Premier teams, Season Entrants and any other team as determined by MotoAmerica may be required to participate in a fan hot pit walk and/or autograph sessions. Teams are also encouraged to apply to participate in these sessions by emailing registration@motoamerica.com Teams who participate should provide a minimum of 100 posters for each Rider for each event and shall cause each of their Riders to autograph and distribute such posters to the fans from 10:15-11:00 on June 28th. Timing and Scoring Screens: MotoAmerica is providing a wireless intranet for competitors to access timing and scoring screens. Do not distribute the log in information to fans or guests as increased users may cause the system to slow or stop functioning.. Additionally timing screens will be available on the hot pit wall using coaxial cable connection and network cable. Teams must provide their own hardware to connect to the timing and scoring feed over coax or network cable. A local access app and webpage will be available, Log in instructions will be provided at the riders meeting. Network Name: MotoAmerica Hot Pits Password: MMP4MotoAmerica Tech Inspection Times: To reduce wait time and provide efficient technical inspection for all motorcycles, MotoAmerica will have times for each class to proceed through technical inspection. Tech will be at the garage below race control. Initial technical inspection for all classes is on Thursday June 25th. Competitors will not pass technical inspection if they do not have a working, assigned transponder, or if they have any outstanding paperwork due. 13:00-14:00 Superbike 13:45-15:00 Superstock 1000 14:45-16:00 Supersport 15:45-17:00 Superstock 600 16:45-18:00 KTM RC Cup Transponders: The Team acknowledges and agrees to purchase a transponder, exclusively of the model/type indicated by MOTOAMERICA in the Teams Handbook, to be used for the Automatic Time Keeping during the entire Championship season. Hot Pit Assignments: Hot pit assignments will be made by MotoAmerica with Premier and Season entrants pitted first, further assignments will be based on points for the season. Refer to the 2015 MotoAmerica Teams Handbook for further pit lane requirements. Pit Lane Speed Limit: A speed limit of 60 km/h (approximately 37 mph) will be enforced in the pit lane at all times during the event. Riders must respect the speed limit from where the sign 60 km/h is placed up to where the sign 60 Km/h crossed out is placed. Any rider found to have exceeded the limit during the practice will be subject to a fine of 150 USD. Any rider who exceeds the pit lane speed limit during a race will be penalized with a ride through. Paddock Regulations: Move in is at 10:00 on June 25th, 2015 for Season entrants. Single event move in is at 12:00. Vehicles may stage beginning Wednesday. Vehicles not essential to support or hospitality will not be permitted to remain in the paddock area. Vehicles may enter paddock on Thursday for immediate drop off of supplies, and before 8 am and after 5 pm on Friday- Sunday. All teams must supply water barrels or concrete to tie down awnings and structures, no stakes may be used to tie down structures. Teams will be liable to damage to the paddock from stakes or structures tied down inappropriately. Teams must vacate the paddock by 08:00 on Monday June 29th but must notify MotoAmerica staff of their intentions to stay overnight. Saturday Paddock Autograph Signing: Premier and Season teams are strongly encouraged to post signing times on Saturday between 11:45 and 12:45 for fans to engage their riders at their transporters. Garages: A limited number of garages will be made available for rent to NON PREMIER AND SELECT SEASON ENTRANTS. PREMIER AND SELECT SEASON ENTRIES are asked to work from their truck and awnings in order to enhance the fan experience. Miller Motorsports Park will have concrete blocks available for rent. GP garages will be reserved and made available for rent to PREMIER AND SELECT SEASON ENTRANTS only in the case of inclement weather. Please contact Jill Sato at Miller Motorsports Park for garage and concrete block rentals. Golf Carts and Scooters: Golf Carts may only be used on setting up of team s day and tear down. Golf carts may not be used at any other time except for delivery hours. Scooters must be parked within the teams paddock footprint or at the designated parking area and must display a 2015 Miller MotoAmerica Scooter pass. The pass may be purchased at registration for $50. Refer to the Teams Handbook for scooter restrictions. RV and Motorhome Parking: RV and Motorhome parking for competitors is available in the team motorhome area in the paddock. Teams must contact rstem@motoamerica.com for arrangements. Teams wishing to purchase electrical hook-up must pay $35 per day to Miller, at the Credentials building. Sunoco RMR Fuel: Sunoco RMR is the spec fuel for all MotoAmerica competition. The fuel supplier will provide a bulk truck or place the fuel by the pumps in the paddock. Teams must provide their own container. Teams MUST pre order drum fuel by contacting rreese@kellerstrassoil.com. It is highly recommended that you pre order to ensure availability. Refuelling: Refuelling must take place outside of an enclosed area, with the engine off, motorcycle on stands, rider dismounted, all electrical appliances on or around the motorcycle switched off, and with a trained crew member holding a fire extinguisher at the ready. Radio Frequency: The MotoAmerica race control radio channel for 2015 events is 456.8125 MHz (12.5 KHz, CSQ Squelch, Receive only) Teams must have one crew member monitor this listen only channel during all on track events. Each team must possess a radio or scanner, and must bring an example to tech inspection before on track activity begins. Racing Radios will provide a 15% discount to all MotoAmerica competitors. Participants are required to make use of these for all waste materials. All spills must be treated immediately and Miller management must be advised of all spills.
