STAFF TEST IMONIAL S Creativity and group-performance is crucial in most organizations and management, But how do we develop these skills? Theoretical understanding will probably only get us part of the way. Problem-based Learning (PBL) represents the brand of Aalborg University. It is extremly useful for students when learning and applying theories. The continuous study of theories is reinforced by relevant study cases which develops the ability to synthetize information and create an own view of the world. Through experimental action learning inspired by design firms we try to address team work, team management, group communication, idea generation and concept development in new ways in order to challenge and enhance our creative ability. International students provide AAU the cultural diverse atmosphere which is always a source of creativity and new ideas. Rune F.
