Dynamics CRM 2011 Outlook Configuration Guide With Windows XP With migrating to a new version of CRM, one of the side-affects is that the Outlook Integration Client has also been updated and needs to be re-installed by those individuals using it. This is a guide to that particular process. If you do not have the Outlook Integration Client installed you can skip straight to Step 2. Step 1 - Remove the Existing Client Ensure that you have Outlook closed before going any further. Navigate to Start > Settings > Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs. In the subsequent list scroll down until you see: Select the program and now select the Change button that will have appeared. The next screen will present you with the option to either Repair or Uninstall. Check the Uninstall option and select Uninstall: The Uninstallation process will now run automatically, removing all components of the client. Select Close on the next screen. When you next log into Outlook the CRM menu will have disappeared. Dynamics CRM 2011 Outlook Configuration Guide 1
