Lawyer FAQ How do I create a MyPACLE Account? Registration requires you to enter your Lawyer ID number, confirm your contact information, provide your email address and create a password. It takes about 30 seconds. Visit www.pacle.org to create your free account today. How do I update my address? Address changes are processed through the Attorney Registration Office. To make changes to your official address of record, please complete the Address Update Form available on the Attorney Forms section of the Disciplinary Board Website: www.padisciplinaryboard.org. Why doesn t MyPACLE reflect credits for courses recently attended? Accredited Providers have 30 days following a CLE course to file an attendance report with the PA CLE Board. If credits taken from an Accredited Provider are not displayed within 30 days of the program, please contact the provider. To report credits for courses taken with providers not accredited in Pennsylvania, please file your Certificate of Attendance and a $1.50 per credit hour attendance fee with the PA CLE Board. The Board encourages non-accredited providers to seek pre-approval for their CLE programs. If you have questions about whether or not the course provider will submit your attendance to PA CLE, please contact the course provider for confirmation. I m planning on attending a course that is not listed on the Approved Courses page. How can I receive credit? CLE activities may be approved even if the provider does not file an application for approval. An application for approval of these programs may be filed by the attendee or the course provider. The Course Application is available at www.pacle.org. The application should be completed and submitted to PA CLE along with a detailed course agenda and the $25 application fee. PA CLE will review the program and inform applicants of course status within 1-2 weeks of receipt.
