Duplicate users across multiple CRM systems will be treated as new users on each system. All users in a given price band will be charged that price. For example if the volume of users increases from 185 to 200, all 200 users would be charged 40 per month for 99.95% SLA level. 2.1.2 Included License charges The monthly user price above includes the cost of licensing for Windows, SQL based on a technical design for an optimal number of users on CRM. Dynamics CRM User Licenses are not included within the price stated above, though SFW can provide the licenses based on the current G-SPLA price of 11.88 per user per month. 2.1.3 CRM Database Storage charges: Up to 128 GB Included 60 GB + 0.60 per GB per Month Back Up storage up to 128 GB Back Up storage 128 GB + Included 0.03 per GB per Month 2.1.4 Test & Development T&D System 99.95% SLA 4,000 per month Based on the CRM technical design in a T&D system, includes licensing, maximum of 20 users, and 60GB CRM Database storage.

GSPLA CRM license price per user per month As per latest Microsoft price list currently 11.88 The license element of the monthly price is a pass through cost from Microsoft and if this cost rises the price will increase by the same amount. Customers who have their own compliant Dynamics CRM licensing, can request their monthly user price is reduced by the cost above. 3.1.3 CRM Database Storage charges: Up to 60 GB Free 60 GB + 0.45 per GB per Month Back Up storage up to 128 GB Back Up storage 128 GB + Free 0.15 per GB per Month

This allows organisations which need to effectively commit their CAPEX or budget spend in advance, and monthly usage will be deducted from the balance until depleted. Cloud Credits can be used for a single service or a combination of services or orders. Premier support provides a pro-active service to improve customers solution design, help with trend analysis and problem solving, and access to a named Technical Account Manager (TAM) and Skyscape s in house technical Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) 500 per month per data centre. Access to a data transfer room costs 500 per day for one room within Skyscape s secure offices. This price includes data transfer charges, site and network administration, use of one computer and escort duties. Every 1 spent on Cloud Credits = 1 to be spent on Skyscape cloud services 12,000 per month

3.3 One-Off Charges New customers or customers requiring an additional CRM system will be charged a CRM system set up price of 5000, in addition to the per user per month charges detailed in section 1. For customers requiring an additional Tenant on an existing CRM system, a Tenant set up charge will be scoped using the SFIA rate card. 4 Rate Card The rate table below is the standard SFW rate table, which should provide greater clarity on roles and rates than the SFIA rate table. The rates in the SFIA table are the same but have been uplifted for an 8 hour day rate as opposed to our standard 7.5 hour day rate shown below.
